    Purpose:

    The Circle Lead holds the Purpose of the overall Circle.

    Accountabilities:

    • Assigning people to roles that have been created through Governance Meetings

      Allocating resources within the Circle

      Defining Priorities, Strategies, and Metrics within the Circle

Purpose:

To develop and deliver high-quality training, facilitation, coaching, and consultation services.

  • Facilitator-Trainer

    for P4aGL, PL, Planning Teams, CoP, Coaches, PCT

    Purpose:

    To design and deliver engaging, customer-facing sessions.

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing training curriculum, content, and materials as requested
    • Coaching other associates to learn to deliver curriculum as requested
    • Recommending the annual programs to be offered within a specific content area
    • Coordinating with the Air Traffic Controller to determine the annual calendar of programs and offerings within a specific content area
    • Designing, developing, and delivering programs within a designated content area
    • Writing monthly project summaries to be included in progress reports
    • Coordinating with the Marketing and Communications role to create content for promotional materials
    • Staying current on trends and best practices within designated content area(s).  Being a subject matter expert
    • Meeting within two weeks of program completion to review participant evaluations, highlight key insights, and determine if follow-up with any participants is needed.
    • Scheduling project prep calls 3 months prior to start of project
    • Coordinating with PAs to create Asana board for each project/program
    • Informing ATC and Bus Dev roles of any changes to program dates and updating individual projects in Glassfrog (P&S) and Asana.
  • PCT Mentor

    Purpose:

    To provide mentor services to Person Centered Thinking Trainers and Trainer Candidates

    Accountabilities:

    • Organizing and hosting RENEW annually
