    • Fielding inquiries related to person-centered thinking, planning, and practices.
    • Being aware of funding cycles by subscribing to alerts and reaching out to personal networks
    • Developing, coordinating, and delivering Person-Centered Thinking training
    • Mentoring internal and external PCT Trainer candidates
  • Planning Live Curriculum Developer

    Purpose:

    To update and develop slides and trainer notes for Planning Live

    Accountabilities:

    • Organizing materials in Box and Dropbox folder
    • Developing outline, slides, trainer notes and participant materials
    • Coordinating with Materials Publisher and Program Administrator on project timeline
    • Providing Marketing and Communications with program description, testimonials, quotes, invitation blurb and images when applicable as outlined in the marketing guide
  • Planning Live Facilitator

    To facilitate the Planning Live series.

    Accountabilities:

    • Updating content for each series.
    • Coordinating with co-facilitators and program administrator.

  • Planning Live Lead

    Purpose:

    To ensure quality participant experience in Planning Live program

    Accountabilities:

    • Reviewing trainer notes to ensure they are updated, relevant for US audience and California self-determination participants
    • Researching HIPAA compliant features of Zoom Telehealth
    • Approving final draft of participant materials and facilitator materials based on updated curriculum/content
    • Ensuring all materials are translated to Spanish
    • Engaging with contract Design team representatives as needed to get input on timeline, participant outreach, materials and technology
    • Coordinating with Marketing and Communications to promote blog and social media posts about the experience
    • Coordinating participant feedback and testimonials
