- Creating the content and session planner for each session using an agreed upon format/template
- Engaging with participants through Slack and sharing resources
- Clarifying facilitator roles for topics that they are leading
- Convening with CoP team monthly
- Sharing stories and ideas with marketing role
- Engaging in social media through a working out loud approach

- Providing feedback to trainer candidates
- Following TLC processes for trainer candidates
- Updating curriculum according to TLC

Person-Centered Approaches
Purpose:
To secure and implement contracts and their respective scopes of work related to Person-Centered Thinking, Planning, and Practices.Domains:
- Determining the programs and offerings to be provided throughout the year related to Person-Centered Thinking, Planning, and Practices.
Accountabilities:
- Fielding inquiries related to person-centered thinking, planning, and practices.
- Being aware of funding cycles by subscribing to alerts and reaching out to personal networks
- Developing, coordinating, and delivering Person-Centered Thinking training
- Mentoring internal and external PCT Trainer candidates

Planning Live Curriculum Developer
Purpose:
To update and develop slides and trainer notes for Planning LiveAccountabilities:
- Organizing materials in Box and Dropbox folder
- Developing outline, slides, trainer notes and participant materials
- Coordinating with Materials Publisher and Program Administrator on project timeline
- Providing Marketing and Communications with program description, testimonials, quotes, invitation blurb and images when applicable as outlined in the marketing guide

- Updating content for each series.
- Coordinating with co-facilitators and program administrator.
- Facilitating modules.

Accountabilities:
- Reviewing trainer notes to ensure they are updated, relevant for US audience and California self-determination participants
- Researching HIPAA compliant features of Zoom Telehealth
- Approving final draft of participant materials and facilitator materials based on updated curriculum/content
- Ensuring all materials are translated to Spanish
- Engaging with contract Design team representatives as needed to get input on timeline, participant outreach, materials and technology
- Coordinating with Marketing and Communications to promote blog and social media posts about the experience
- Coordinating participant feedback and testimonials
- Coordinating team retrospective
- Planning, carrying out and documenting a retrospective at the completion of each project and/or program that may include action items, next steps, and learning with format to be determined by team
