  • Housekeeping

    Purpose:

    Physical spaces are clean and welcoming

    Accountabilities:

    • Cleaning physical spaces
    • Vacuuming & Laundry Equipment Deep Clean; Vacuums and laundry machines are fresh and clean
    • Recycling and Waste Management; Recyclables move to their next stage of life
    • Doing laundry; clean, fresh, and readily available laundry
    • Housekeeping Schedule; housekeeping schedule synchronizes with main calendar and meets needs of Members and onsite groups
    • Collecting lost & found and adding it to Lost & Found

  • Housekeeping Schedule

    Purpose:

    Housekeeping schedule synchronizes with main calendar and meets needs of Members and onsite groups

    Accountabilities:

    • Creating housekeeping shifts on internal calendar
    • Communicating with Circle members to determine how shifts will be filled
    • Eliminating gaps in needed housekeeping coverage
    • Bringing attention to unnecessary overlaps in housekeeping coverage
    • Ensuring turns, quick turns, and deep cleans are attended to at the appropriate times

  • Housekeeping Supplies

    Purpose:

    Housekeeping supplies are sourced and stocked

    Accountabilities:

    • Taking inventory of cleaning products and supplies
    • Ordering cleaning products and supplies
    • Ensuring supplies are unboxed and put away or stored
