Community Operations
Purpose:
Individual and relational needs of Jangu International Members represented for a harmonious Jangu international communityAccountabilities:
- Developing and maintaining a safe environment in Jangu international.
- Supporting Jangu international members to an impactful life.
- Creating awareness about the dangers of "Power, sex and Money".
- Fostering well-being of Jangu International members.
- Structuring and supporting purpose interest groups to access and manage resources.
- Profiling all members and keeping their data confidential.
- Creating awareness about social policies and agreements such as the safe guarding policy.
- Translating the individual and community needs into operational work.

Accountabilities:
- Conducting regular review meetings with Partners in regards to purpose Contribution Orientation and commitment.

Assisting Partners to determine their Purpose Contribution Orientation (PCO)
Incorporating changes to Partner's Purpose Contribution Orientation (PCO). - Notifying the Organization's Finance role of any changes in the Partner earnings Plan
- Triaging any tensions related to earnings and expenses
- Providing an earnings plan tracking system on the G Drive and updating with all changes in partner's earnings.
- Collecting data from all relevant roles as the basis for review meetings with partners
- Administering and evolving the time tracking system for partners to understand energy spent in roles.

- Facilitating the Circle’s regular Tactical Meetings
- Facilitating the Circle’s Governance Process
- Triggering new elections for the Circle’s elected Roles after each election term expires
- Auditing a Sub-Circle’s meetings and records on request and declaring a Process Breakdown if one is discovered

SINA License and Framework steward
Purpose:
A clear understanding of the SINA license and SINA frameworkAccountabilities:
- Clarifying the terms of the SINA License and the SINA Framework upon request
Purpose:
Jangu International designed and implemented to last for the next seven generations ahead

- Recording all Jangu International assets in an asset sheet.
- Labeling all Jangu International assets with unique codes and storing
- Taking stock of all Jangu International assets at the end of every month.
- Monitoring and evaluating the depreciation value of assets and disposal measures.

Applied Social Innovation Program
for Lead and restructuringPurpose:
Scholars discovered themselves and their potentials.Accountabilities:
- Organizing trainings for Applied Social Innovation
- Organizing evaluation for scholars to go to emerging
- Preparing monthly budget request and allocate it
- Coordinating outside trainers.
- Updating the training program and availing it to trainers and scholars before a week starts
- Storing and allocating scholastic materials upon request.
- Evaluating the past performance before the new intake starts
- Checking and following up with facilitators at least 2 days before session that they are prepared and make sure videos and notes are uploaded on google drive.
- Uploading key applied social innovation concepts on a centralized google drive.
