      Incorporating changes to Partner's Purpose Contribution Orientation (PCO).
    • Notifying the Organization's Finance role of any changes in the Partner earnings Plan
    • Triaging any tensions related to earnings and expenses
    • Providing an earnings plan tracking system on the G Drive and updating with all changes in partner's earnings.
    • Collecting data from all relevant roles as the basis for review meetings with partners
    • Administering and evolving the time tracking system for partners to understand energy spent in roles.
