    • Keeping records of all trainings conducted and the training manuals and activity guides
    • Supporting Emergee to find a shared vision + milestones (personal & project developement)
    • Supporting Emergee to practice effective research
    • Building initiatives for the Emergee to use internet productive
    • Supporting Emergee to use time productively
    • Supporting Emergee in expanding comfort zone
    • Helping Emergee to act up on his strengths
