Purpose:
Purpose-aligned members with clear agreements and clear enterprise relationshipsDomains:
- New partner selection
Accountabilities:
- Supporting in drafting and executing all necessary Member Agreements from latest versions as published by the relevant roles.
- On-boarding Members upon signed Membership agreements (community and social agreements).
- Inviting prospective new members to enterprise membership.
- Understanding the role of filling the needs of the organization.
- Drafting and iterating the work agreement

Jangu International
Purpose:

- Creating symbiosis between the Enterprise context, People context and Operational context of Jangu International
- Assigning roles in the integration circle
Purpose:
Scholars empowered to work individually and in teams while growing personally and professionally

- Capturing and developing coaching progress on a tracking sheet
- Creating awareness of coaching to all Jangu community scholars**.**
- Offering coaching services to different Jangu International community scholars in need.

for Outsourcing coaching opportunities and trainingPurpose:
Reaching out to other coaches and optimizing the concept of coaching.Accountabilities:
- Marketing Coaching concept outside Jangu International
- Coordinating trainings of coaching outside Jangu International
- Outsourcing coaching materials and resources
- Using outside opportunities in order to grow the Jangu International coaches
Purpose:
Every emergee is fully aligned to a social problem and identified a potential sustainable solution in a team.

Personal developement Trainer
Purpose:
Building initiatives and following up personal development of EmergeesAccountabilities:
- Keeping records of all trainings conducted and the training manuals and activity guides
- Supporting Emergee to find a shared vision + milestones (personal & project developement)
- Supporting Emergee to practice effective research
- Building initiatives for the Emergee to use internet productive
- Supporting Emergee to use time productively
- Supporting Emergee in expanding comfort zone
- Helping Emergee to act up on his strengths
- Supporting Emergee in taking decisions by self drive
- Supporting Emergee to address challenges (personal / SINA / outside)
- Organizing NVC sessions to help scholars in giving feedback
- Supporting Emergee to organize her/his week
- Shifting focus of Emergee from challenges to possibilities
