- Representing SINA Mpigi into the community of Practice
- Offering feedback on best practices from other SINA communities to SINA Mpigi
- Exchanging learnings with other other communities

Secretary
Purpose:
Stabilize the Circle’s constitutionally-required records and meetings.Domains:
- All governance records of the Circle
Accountabilities:
- Scheduling regular Tactical Meetings for the Circle
- Capturing and publishing Tactical Meeting outputs
- Scheduling Governance Meetings for the Circle
- Capturing and publishing the outputs of the Circle’s Governance Process
- Interpreting the Constitution and anything under its authority upon request

Coaching
Purpose:
Provision of transformational coaching services toJangu international scholars.Accountabilities:
- Capturing and developing coaching progress on a tracking sheet
- Creating awareness of coaching to all Jangu community scholars**.**
- Offering coaching services to different Jangu International community scholars in need.

Coaching steward
Purpose:
Coordination of the coaching team.Accountabilities:
- Coordinating of the coaching team
- Offering coaching support to fellow coaches
- Structuring and documenting coaching trainings
- Guiding coaching trainees through the certification process.

External Coaching coordinator
Purpose:
Reaching out to other coaches and optimizing the concept of coaching.Accountabilities:
- Marketing Coaching concept outside Jangu International
- Coordinating trainings of coaching outside Jangu International
- Outsourcing coaching materials and resources
- Using outside opportunities in order to grow the Jangu International coaches
Purpose:
Every emergee is fully aligned to a social problem and identified a potential sustainable solution in a team.

Personal developement Trainer
Purpose:
Building initiatives and following up personal development of EmergeesAccountabilities:
- Keeping records of all trainings conducted and the training manuals and activity guides
- Supporting Emergee to find a shared vision + milestones (personal & project developement)
- Supporting Emergee to practice effective research
- Building initiatives for the Emergee to use internet productive
- Supporting Emergee to use time productively
- Supporting Emergee in expanding comfort zone
- Helping Emergee to act up on his strengths
- Supporting Emergee in taking decisions by self drive
- Supporting Emergee to address challenges (personal / SINA / outside)
- Organizing NVC sessions to help scholars in giving feedback

Emerging scholars are fully supported by coaching service to develop their missions and visions.Accountabilities:
- Assigning Emerging scholars coaches of their choice.
- Creating awareness of coaching to Emerging scholars.
- Tracking the impact of coaching tool to Emerges.

Empowerment Stages
Purpose:
Scholars empowered to work individually and in teams while growing personally and professionallyAccountabilities:
- Training and coaching scholars to unleash their fullest potentials (physically as well as online)
- Empowering scholars on a personal, methodical and professional level to become social entrepreneurs
- Supporting scholars to unlearn limiting believes and develop a mindset for social entrepreneurship
- Adapting and running the SINA empowerment concept
- Running bootcamps to test enterprise ideas and mentoring its teams
- Supporting teams which gained traction to grow, incorporate and become independent social enterprises
- Liaising with external programmes to further support registered enterprises to breakeven and access seed funding i.e. SINA acceleration programme, SINA purpose pool etc.
- Determining the linking stage costs structure and rolling it out.
- Assessing the project growth rate and assigning social enterprise to stages i.e linking, mastery etc
