    Accountabilities:

    • Designing and evolving packaged training and workshop offerings that develop the capacities required to introduce, practice, and coach Holacracy effectively, including any slides and materials required
    • Defining and evolving training and Taster environment, room setup, and logistical needs for each training offering
    • Soliciting input and integrating any Objections from @Trainer to new training designs and substantial design changes, including at a minimum before any new training offering is released for sale/scheduling and before any substantial changes to slides or materials are released for use in a training
    • Defining and publishing guidance about the role of coaches so that @Lead Coach can orient coaches and direct them throughout the training and producing related materials
