Legal Liaison
Purpose:
Abstract intentions are captured into concretely-defined relationships and legal risks are identifiedAccountabilities:
- Coordinating contract drafting and legal review/advisory services upon request from other roles
- Clarifying constructs in the company's operating agreement for partners and prospective partners upon request
- Minimizing risk to and protecting the interests of the organization and consulting with outside counsel as appropriate
- Monitoring the organization's GDPR compliance, highlighting risks for relevant internal roles, and driving compliance improvements to reach a tolerable risk level as determined by GCC Circle Lead
- Researching trademark maintenance requirements and dilution risks when new translations are proposed
- Filing all required paperwork to maintain the Holacracy Foundation
