    Purpose:

    Delight business line stakeholders with accurate, useful, and timely back-office support

    Domains:

    • Financial transaction processing systems & processes
    • Google Workspace, LastPass, and Slack accounts
    • DNS records configuration for HolacracyOne-branded domains
    • Partner onboarding and offboarding checklist template

    Accountabilities:

    • Implementing and administering accounting systems, bookkeeping processes, financial transactions, and financial reporting to support the business needs of all internal stakeholders
    • Completing informal or formal company valuations on request of @Financial Steward
    • Selecting and maintaining the company's needed insurance policies, including liability policies for business lines and group health insurance policies for partners
    • Selecting, maintaining, and configuring general infrastructure systems and platforms for the organization
    • Securing HolacracyOne's back-office infrastructure and accounts from evil and ignorance
