    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating the Circle’s regular Tactical Meetings
    • Facilitating the Circle’s Governance Process
    • Triggering new elections for the Circle’s elected Roles after each election term expires
    • Auditing a Sub-Circle’s meetings and records on request and declaring a Process Breakdown if one is discovered

    Accountabilities:

    • Identifying and proposing updates to the purpose of the organization when appropriate
    • Monitoring the @General_Company_Circle's overall stewardship and steering of the organization towards deeper expressions of its purpose
    • Championing the Organization's purpose and key brands in broader networks, and making purpose-aligned connections when useful and appropriate

    Stabilize the Circle’s constitutionally-required records and meetings.

Purpose: Attract interest with a compelling and authentic brand narrative; serve internal stakeholders by connecting our target audience with their relevant products and services
  • Business Advisor

    Purpose:

    Potential clients have an optimal path forward with self-management

    Accountabilities:

    • Counseling organizations exploring self-management on the various products and services that HolacracyOne offers
    • Tracking significant client opportunities in the company CRM
    • Contracting with current and potential clients to convert opportunities into clear engagements with clear expectations
    • Soliciting client permission to make public their story of adopting Holacracy and publishing client's current permission status
    • Connecting @Engagement Operations to the client's designated logistics coordinator during handoff
    • Requesting @Consulting Services appoint a representative to assist in defining each non-standard deal, involving that representative in the contracting process, and verifying they're comfortable with the engagement before closing the deal
    • Requesting @Learning Products appoint a representative to assist in defining each private training & workshop deal, involving that representative in the contracting process, and verifying they can deliver on the negotiated expectations before closing the deal

  • Engagement Lead

    Purpose:

    Holacracy coaching engagements set up for success

    Accountabilities:

    • Reporting all client billable activity in a timely manner and monitoring client budget consumption rate
    • Sharing the intended roll out activities with relevant roles and delivery resources prior to an engagement launch
    • Onboarding and debriefing new @Holacracy_Coach's working with the client
    • Contracting with clients on an ongoing basis to realign expectations and adjust agreements as engagement needs evolve
    • Coaching and supporting key leaders and internal coaches with Holacracy coaching and adoption planning
    • Notifying @Engagement Operations when a contract for an existing client has changed
    • Facilitating key circles to support the organization's Holacracy progress
    • Facilitating communication between @Sales_&Marketing and key client contacts, upon request of @Sales&_Marketing and when appropriate given the client context
    • Writing and internally publishing a Post-Adoption Report after each adoption using a template provided by @Coaching Methods
    • Investigating abandoned/failed adoptions and harvesting learning to improve understanding, messaging, and adoption methodology

    Purpose:

    Client practitioners who understand and can effectively apply the rules of Holacracy

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating virtual and in-person governance and tactical meetings assigned by @Engagement Lead or scheduled by @Engagement Operations
    • Reporting all client billable activity in a timely manner
    • Maintaining basic competencies in @Consulting Services 's virtual meetings support tools
    • Coaching client circle members on Holacracy rules and effective practice as-needed during governance and tactical meetings, or when triggered by a process defined by @Consulting Services
    • Raising objections and helping clients integrate them whenever clients propose clearly invalid governance, or, when that is not advisable, providing follow up coaching to clients along with suggested improvements post-meeting, and sharing that coaching with other relevant coaches
    • Recording client meetings as requested by @Engagement Operations
    • Soliciting regular coaching from another @Holacracy Coach or @Master Coach throughout the duration of an active engagement
    • Summarizing key developments about client services for @Engagement Lead after each deliverable, or upon request
    • Delivering presentations, coaching services, and workshops following the triggers and other implementation methods defined by @Coaching Methods
    • Reviewing survey results after delivering services and processing for improvement opportunities
    • Including references to relevant habits from the Habit Support Program wherever possible and appropriate when facilitating meetings and delivering workshops and other coaching services.

    Purpose:

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating tactical and governance meetings at trainings
    • Coaching participants at trainings
    • Setting up and breaking down venue at the direction of @Participant Support
    • Listening to modules during the training to prepare to facilitate
    • Following the direction of any training delivery roles to support the training, including promptly directing participants to the next activity when requested
    • Playing 'the world' during simulation work time at practitioner trainings using the guidance documented by @Training Design
    • Assisting @Participant Support with logistical and tactical triage throughout the training
  • Lead Coach

    Purpose:

    Make trainings a team affair

    Accountabilities:

    • Orienting, guiding, and supporting coaches on-site, including prior to each activity
    • Monitoring training delivery for useful updates to training setup and design standards, and creating or updating relevant materials or guidelines to capture learnings
    • Advising on coach needs for trainings as required by the training design
    • Providing @Coach Sourcerer with any updates regarding viable coach candidates, as new data surfaces, including after training events
    • Orienting coaches prior to the training, including sending relevant preparation materials based on the type of training and answering coach questions
    • Informing @Facilitator Coach when stepping away from the main training space for an extended period of time

    Purpose:

    Accountabilities:

    • Removing distractions at events that limit presence and focus of participants or delivery staff
    • Triaging and resolving venue or platform-related tactical or logistical issues during events
    • Setting up and cleaning up venues/platforms for events, including at the request of @Training Operations, @Trainer, or @Lead Coach
    • Greeting and hosting participants at events
    • Setting up simulation spaces and materials during events in advance of each activity that uses them
    • Resorting and neatly repacking training materials immediately following in-person events, delivering them to start of transport arranged by @Training Operations, and notifying @Training Supplier of missing reusable supplies
    • Verifying participant attendance against the participant list and notifying @Participant Ambassador of any no-shows or additional participants
    • Triaging last-minute registrations and payment collection at events
    • Maintaining, updating, and sharing a checklist of set-up and triage steps for each event
    • Exploring opportunities with potential leads at trainings and connecting them to @Business Advisor

    Purpose:

    Flowing logistics for great experiences

    Accountabilities:

    • Arranging event-related logistics necessary to run high-quality trainings and Tasters
    • Publishing to the circle key venue details (including capacity) to other roles and providing updates with regard to changes
    • Sorting materials into complete, ordered packages after trainings, and sourcing new printings when needed
    • Triggering @Undefined_Role to set up for trainings
    • Producing disposable materials such as binders, handouts, and Hygean print outs that @Training Design specifies
    • Scheduling a time for @Participant Support to set up for the training
    • Coordinating movement of all training and Taster supplies to and from venue and triggering @Training Supplier to move supplies
    • Verifying receipt and accuracy of all training and Taster materials sent to a venue before the arrival of the on-site delivery team, including who received the materials and where they're stored and communicating that to all members of the team
    • Aligning expectations about private training delivery needs with clients regarding the agenda, participant communications, logistics and triaging anything needed for a successful delivery.
