Policy changed: Holacracy Trainer Badge
Any Certified Holacracy Coach acting as an agent of a Licensed Holacracy Provider organization may deliver a private multi-day Holacracy-branded Practitioner Training for a client as a "Licensed Event" (as defined in the licensing agreement), but only as part of that Provider delivering a comprehensive Holacracy implementation engagement to that client, including meeting facilitation and coaching services, and only if the person leading the training delivery has earned the "Holacracy Trainer" badge.
A Certified Holacracy Coach can earn a provisional "Holacracy Trainer" badge by
co-delivering orcoaching at a multi-day Holacracy Practitioner Training led by HolacracyOne and achieving an excellent feedback score. This provisional badge may only be used to conduct a training with a HolacracyOne-appointed auditor present (a separate audit fee may apply, in addition to the usual license fees).IfAlternatively, a Coach may skip the provisional badge by co-delivering a training with a HolacracyOne-appointed lead trainer, in which case that trainer may also act as an auditor to assess the Coach for a full Holacracy Trainer badge. In either case, if the auditor determines the Coach has fully and consistently met HolacracyOne's training quality standards throughout the audit, theprovisional badgeCoach thenbecomesgains a full and lasting Holacracy Trainer badge.The provisional badge grant expires ifIf the Coach does not achieve thislevel,level any provisional badge grant automatically expires, unless the auditor determines the Coach is near the target level and extends the provisional badge grant to allow for another training deliveryaudit, using whatever standards the auditor deems appropriate or may be further defined separately.audit.To maintain the "Holacracy Trainer" badge, the trainer must maintain a Certified Holacracy Coach credential in good standing, and consistently show an excellent feedback score from every training delivery. Should the feedback score for a training fall below the required level, the badge shall immediately become a provisional badge grant again, subject to the rules above.
For any feedback score to qualify as "excellent" under this policy, all of the following must be true:
- The score is based on the Net Promoter Score system, using one or both of the following questions (whichever is appropriate to the context):
a) "If a friend was adopting Holacracy and looking for meeting facilitation and coaching support, how likely would you be to recommend this person to your friend as a coach?"
b) "If a friend was adopting Holacracy and looking for an internal training, how likely would you be to recommend this person to your friend as a trainer?" - All participants and other delivery staff were invited to submit feedback scores directly to HolacracyOne (not just through the Coach), and at least 50% of participants gave scores.
- The NPS result was 0.6 or higher when only factoring in scores from participants.
- The NPS result was 0.6 or higher when only factoring in scores from other coaches and trainers at the event.
- The score is based on the Net Promoter Score system, using one or both of the following questions (whichever is appropriate to the context):
