General Company Proposal

All client contracts shall allow application of H1's Travel policies.All client contracts requiring travel must allow applying H1 travel expense policies, unless the role agreeing to the non-standard approach:

1. makes it invisible to H1 travellers (e.g. by reviewing their expense reports prior to triggering an invoice, and issuing an invoice trigger with any needed adjustments to bring reimbursable expenses in line with agreements); and
2. negotiates a rate that still falls within approved business models, even after considering any expected difference between actual expenses and expenses allowable per the contract.
