Each role assignment made within this circle and all sub-circles must have a commission term specified along with the assignment, or, if not explicitly specified, shall automatically carry a commission term through the end of the calendar year in which the assignment was made (or the following calendar year if made within two months of year-end). Each role assignment shall automatically terminate and become unfilled at the end of the defined term, unless renewed by whatever role has authority to make such assignments. The initial commission term for all current role assignments as of the adoption of this policy shall be the end of the calendar year in which this policy was adopted.

Removing a partner from a role in a circle more than one month before the end of a commission term shall require no Objections from that circle's Lead Link and Rep Link (representing the overall circle), unless the Partner filling Rep Link is the subject of potential removal, in which case the acting Rep Link for this purpose shall be the Core Circle Member who is the longest-term Partner of the Organization, excluding the Lead Link and the subject of potential removal.

Resigning from a role in a circle before the end of a commission term shall require three months advance notice, unless otherwise agreed between the role-filler and whatever role has the authority to assign to that role.

Each role assignment made within this circle and all sub-circles must have a "Focus Cap" specified along with the assignment, representing the max percentage of a full-time focus desired from that role-filler for that assignment.

No Partner may dedicate more Focus Time to a role assignment on a sustained, ongoing basis than the Focus Cap allows, unless a temporary exception is made by that circle's Lead Link. This shall not prevent Partners from temporarily dedicating more focus than the Focus Cap allows, provided the average focus over a reasonably representative time horizon is expected to stay below the Focus Cap.

The Lead Link of a circle may change the Focus Cap for any assignment within the circle anytime, provided there are no Objections to the proposed change from that circle's Rep Link. However, as long as the Lead Link makes a good-faith effort to integrate Objections raised by the Rep Link, they may still change a Focus Cap even in the absence of integration if the need for a change was triggered by a reduction in partner focus available to that circle.

Regardless of and further limiting any Domain delegations, the following restrictions shall limit delivery of services tied to the Holacracy brand by any partner or representative (a "Representative") of any circle or role otherwise-authorized to use the Holacracy brand.  Defined terms used in this Policy and not defined within refer to the definitions given in the most current version of the licensing agreement defined by @Licensing_Design.All restrictions in place around delivery of Holacracy-branded services for licensed Agents, as defined in the latest version of the Holacracy Agent Agreement published by @Licensing_Design, shall also apply to and limit the delivery of services tied to the Holacracy brand by anyone authorized to impact a relevant Domain of the Organization (e.g. a partner of HolacracyOne or of a cross-linked Licensed Provider who fills a relevant role). This policy shall not restrict the marketing of services, regardless of what's defined in the Agent Agreement - just the delivery.
