General Company Governance Meeting Minutes

You may only add external parties to a Slack channel specifically designated for outside guests, with no prior content in the channel before guests were added. You must also first announce that guests may be added to the channel via a post in the #general channel.You may only add external parties to a Slack channel once you have:
• Announced that guests will be added to the channel via a post in the #general channel
• Designated the channel will have outside guests
• Ensured that there is no prior content in the channel before guests were added, unless you have announced your intent to add them to a channel with content, waited 72 hours for objections and integrated any objections

A contractor is considered an external party unless the contractor (a) is engaged to serve as a Partner (regardless of the legal construct underpinning the relationship), and thus may actually fill roles and represent them in governance, and (b) has an NDA in place with HolacracyOne and has followed any onboarding steps defined by @Operations.
