Policy changed: Outsiders in Slack

Text changed:
  • You may only add external parties to a Slack channel specifically designated for outside guests, and only with no prior after you've announced content in the channel before guests were added. You must also first announce that guests may they'll be added on to the channel via a post in the #general channel.

A contractor is considered an external party unless the contractor (a) is engaged to serve as a Partner (regardless of the legal construct underpinning the relationship), and thus may actually fill roles and represent them in governance, and (b) has an NDA in place with HolacracyOne and has followed any onboarding steps defined by @Operations.
