To steward Umoja Greenlands’ plant-based orientation as a living ethical, ecological, and cultural commitment—supporting education, internal alignment, and movement-building rooted in compassion, regeneration, and justice.

Plant-Based & Animal Rights Partnerships Lead
Purpose:
To build and nurture strategic alliances with plant-based and animal rights organizations in Africa and globally.Accountabilities:
- Initiate and sustain partnerships with plant-based groups, animal sanctuaries, and ethical NGOs
- Represent Umoja Greenlands in advocacy coalitions
- Coordinate joint campaigns, events, or educational projects
- Ensure consistency between partner values and Umoja’s ethical framework

Plant-Based Educator
Purpose:
To empower the community through accessible education on the ethical, ecological, and nutritional foundations of a plant-based lifestyle.Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver plant-based education programs for children and adults
- Create culturally relevant resources for plant-based living
- Coordinate with local schools and education partners
- Evaluate and report on community understanding and progress
