Permaculture Implementation Lead
Purpose:
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of permaculture systems to ensure long-term resilience.Domains:
- On-the-ground management of permaculture projects and operational execution.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee the construction and planting of permaculture systems.
- Manage soil restoration, water management, and plant care.
- Train and support community members in maintaining permaculture sites.
- Monitor the health of ecosystems and adapt management practices as needed.
- Collaborate with the Design Lead to ensure the vision is successfully implemented.
