    Purpose:

    Accountabilities:

    • Publishing general guidance regarding any tiers, categories, distinctions or other related classifying systems made within the Earnings Plan.
    • Exercising a duty of care to integrate the needs of the People, Organization and Enterprise Context when evolving the Earnings Plan
    • Designing and evolving methods and processes for fellows to earn a fair income ("Earnings Plan")

    • Cross-checking and backtracking accountability (receipts or acknowledgement forms).
    • Collecting the generated profits from profit generating activities, contributions and budget balances.

    • Generating and making available monthly financial reports.
    • Collaborating with the external auditor.
    • Handling the procurement (order, purchase, delivery).
    • Defining, training, and involving KIH Partners and Scholars in financial processes.

    • Organizing evaluation for scholars to go to emerging.
    • Preparing monthly budget requests and allocate resources.
    • Coordinating outside trainers.
    • Updating the training program and availing it to trainers and scholars before a week starts.
    • Storing and allocating scholastic materials upon request.
    • Evaluating the past performance before the new intake starts.
    • Checking and following up with facilitators at least 2 days before session that they are prepared and make sure videos and notes are uploaded on google drive.
    • Uploading key applied social innovation concepts on a centralized google drive.
