    Helping SGC move towards safety through the practice of it's processes

    • Attending monthly Community Safety Team meetings
    • Reviewing safety reports organized by @Team Lead before CST meetings
    • Interviewing people identified by in safety reports at the request of @Team Lead
    • Mediating conflicts upon request when when willing and able (qualified)

Stewards

Purpose: Helping Sacred Garden Community flourish through management of it's people, possessions, processes and philosophy

  • Executive Director

    Purpose:

    Stewarding SGC’s sacred mission through ethical leadership, strategic oversight, and care for our people, practices, and sacraments.

    Domains:

    • All policies, property and procedures not explicitly delegated to other roles
    • Final authority to define, assign, and approve all staff and volunteer roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships within SGC.
    • Final authority over the creation, approval, and implementation of SGC’s annual and program-specific budgets.

    Accountabilities:

    • Set budgets and strategic direction for the Sacred Garden Community
    • Report regularly to the Elders on finance, programs, and compliance
    • Give final approval to all staff‑drafted policies and procedures
    • Supervise paid staff & key volunteers
