    A coherent Empowerment Model for all SINA Communities

    Accountabilities:

    • Defining and evolving the Empowerment concept within the SINA Model
    • Creating and maintaining an online structure for complete documentation of the SINA Empowerment Model
    • Availing support materials for scholar empowerment (methodologies, toolkits, activities, sessions, etc.)
    • Capturing both existing and new Sessions on Session Lab
  • Trainer of Mentors

    Purpose:

    Mentorship available in all SINA communities

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing, capturing and evolving the mentor's program
    • Conducting training of mentors and certification
    • Checking with the mentoring processes within the different communities and offering support
    • Giving feedback to mentors in the SINA communities
    • Awarding certificates to the mentors
