- Scheduling regular Tactical Meetings for the Circle
- Capturing and publishing Tactical Meeting outputs
- Scheduling Governance Meetings for the Circle
- Capturing and publishing the outputs of the Circle’s Governance Process
- Interpreting the Constitution and anything under its authority upon request
- Creating transparency regarding standard role-filling (Facilitator, Secretary, Co-Facilitator) in the next meetings ahead
- Capturing and presenting data on Tactical meeting efficiency
- Creating, assigning and updating TEAMS tags for roles of the circle
- Taking group pictures at the end of a meeting
