Regional Liaisons
Purpose:
Global Support exists to support Extinction Rebellion groups internationally, facilitating the flow of resources and material between groups and offering support in the form of training, funding and general communications. Global Support offers the resources to start and the support to grow for Extinction Rebellion groups across the world based on their local needs and strategies.

Regional Liaisons
Purpose:
To act as a point of communication between national/regional groups and GS, to offer advice and support to groups internationally.Accountabilities:
- Being regularly and reliably contactable and to contact both GS and rebels in the regions they support on a regular basis
- Organising weekly/bi-monthly calls with the national/regional coordinators in the designated region, and collect any comments/queries that need attention or pass on information
- Being in regular contact with other regional liaisons, and working groups coordinators within GS
- Communicating opportunities to/for international rebels
- Having good understanding of the structure, working groups and DNA of XR, to communicate to regional/national teams if and when necessary
- Supporting the onboarding of new groups by providing materials, links to working groups (eg translations) organising trainings and conducting XR introduction calls (informal)
