    Purpose:

    Within the Super-Circle, the Rep Link holds the Purpose of the Sub-Circle; within the Sub-Circle, the Rep Link’s Purpose is: Tensions relevant to process in the Super-Circle channeled out and resolved.

    Accountabilities:

    • Removing constraints within the broader Organization that limit the Sub-Circle
    • Seeking to understand Tensions conveyed by Sub-Circle Circle Members, and discerning those appropriate to process in the Super-Circle
    • Providing visibility to the Super-Circle into the health of the Sub-Circle, including reporting on any metrics or checklist items assigned to the whole Sub-Circle

General

Purpose: To create a purposeful, power-shifted economy that transcends capitalism.

  • Cloud Services (Local)

    Purpose:

    Foundational technology tools that enable friction-free communications and work flows

    Domains:

    • Google Workspace

    Accountabilities:

    • Administering foundational tools related to Partner communications (e.g. email, slack), file stores (e.g. Google Drive) and videoconferencing systems (e.g. Zoom)

  • Ecosystem Software Integrator

    Purpose:

    Software Tools Making PowerShift Ecosystem Navigation Easier

    Accountabilities:

    • Coordinating project tasks with external software partners / contractors (e.g. Digital Natives, Stobox, Nestr, just.work)
    • Designing and integrating software tools to help Purpose Agents navigate the ecosystem and manage personal resources
    • Developing and integrating software tools that aid Enterprises to better manage FPE operations
    • Maintaining Unit Tracker (PA Navigator Alpha) as specified by @Ecosystem Encoder so that it is demo-ready on demand

    Purpose:

  • Secretary

    Purpose:

    Steward and stabilize the Circle’s formal records and record-keeping process.

    Domains:

    • All constitutionally-required records of the Circle

    Accountabilities:

    • Scheduling the Circle’s required meetings, and notifying all Core Circle Members of scheduled times and locations
    • Capturing and publishing the outputs of the Circle’s required meetings, and maintaining a compiled view of the Circle’s current Governance, checklist items, and metrics
    • Interpreting Governance and the Constitution upon request

    Purpose:

    Elegant website design and structure with compelling information flows

    Domains:

    • Website

    Accountabilities:

    • Designing, maintaining and updating encode.org's public website
    • Administering encode.org's web development and its hosting platform
    • Creating policies and processes that enable relevant roles to safely update public website as needed
    • Creating and posting marketing funnels for related programs and events to website
    • Sourcing all content for encode.org's public website
