    Purpose:

    Full effectiveness for @Evolutionary Catalyst (Core Partners) on the market

    Accountabilities:

    • Scheduling sparring sessions (approx. 60’ per month)
    • Agreeing quantitative and qualitative targets with the coachee (mandatory topics: capacity utilization, content positioning, visibility in the market, customer relationships ... might be supplemented by other topics) and developing targets further if necessary - to develop competencies for growing, farming and hunting
    • Regularly discussing status and supporting coachee in realizing these and/or organizing support
    • Providing ad hoc sparring if opportunities or risks for target achievement arise in the short term
    • Supporting the coachee in creating transparency regarding their goals and the development process (within dG)
