- Preparing and delivering kickoffs, trainings, and workshops for new circles
- Modeling and gradually handing over the roles of Facilitator and Secretary in the tactical and governance meetings of new circles
- Coaching circles and partners in the rules and principles of Holacracy
- Training and coaching Facilitators, Secretaries, Lead Links, and Rep Links
- Monitoring circles’ development towards mature self-organization and sensing and processing tensions and restraining forces
- Monitoring founders during transition away from board meeting
- Monitoring changes in the official Holacracy constitution and adopting new versions

- Receiving and verifying client feedback
- Working towards customer expectations
- Keeping track of project budget and communicating budget issues with @Closer and @Visualizer, informing the client if out-of-scope requests lead to additional costs before doing them
- Communicating externally with the client and internally with the project team
- Updating Project Timeline in Vertec when changed and announcing it in #project_coordination in slack
