- creating asset inventories and keeping the up to date
- collecting the generated profits from generating activities and budget balances
- providing data about the use and unused amount of budget as well as data about the balance
- generating and making available monthly financial reports
- collaborating with the external auditor

- Providing electricity and internet
- maintaining all infrastructures (solar, power, internet, buildings, devices)
- Keeping written record of devices handed out and returned
- Coordinating constructions of buildings
- Storing all assets and keeping them safe

- updating structure and naming according to governance changes and granting access rights to role fillers on G drive
- Providing training for efficient use of online
