Purpose:

- Identifying and collecting potential content and sources of content, including from EE Community Conversations participants, EE Facebook Community, and organizations/individuals represented in EE Calendar, as well as EE's formal or informal ecosystem partner organizations.
- Making agreements with original authors, or seeking permission to republish from desired repub authors, for content for the Magazine
- Maintaining ongoing communications with original and repub authors to create synergistic relationships, including further articles from these authors

Strategic Writer
Purpose:
EE is positioned as an inviting, insightful, and dynamic Next-Stage organization through the written wordAccountabilities:
- Writing (on request or proactively,) or curating the writing of, and revising internally-focused materials, such as reports, in order to amplify EE's intelligence for action, in collaboration with relevant roles including @Writing Quality Amplifier accountable for editing such materials.)
- Reviewing (on request or proactively) any EE-branded writing from any role, providing feedback
- Writing, or curating the writing of, an editorial for each issue of the Magazine Highlights that will inspire EE Magazine readers and help to develop the next-stage organizations ecosystem
- Writing, or curating the writing of, and revising externally-focused materials, such as website pages (on request or proactively,) and the introduction to the Magazine Highlights, in collaboration with relevant roles including @Writing Quality Amplifier accountable for editing such materials.

Purpose:
Magazine Articles appear in technically polished form via the Magazine's WordPress platformAccountabilities:
- Receiving articles set into Draft mode by the @Writing Quality Amplifier, and completing the steps necessary to enable them to be saved into Pending Review mode ready for publishing by @Publications Editor

Writing Quality Amplifier
Purpose:
Writing which reflects the EE brand, is in the highest standards of Teal Copy EditingDomains:
- EE website Writer's Guidelines page
Accountabilities:
- Editing original articles for EE Magazine til the articles are in final Draft status in WordPress, using the highest standards of Teal Copy Editing
- Proofreading the text, graphics, and layout of each EE Magazine Highlights before it is emailed
- Curating the Contents spreadsheet for each bi-monthly cycle of EE Magazine to reflect current reality of articles in various statuses
- Adding and removing articles from the Magazine main page "Recommended" and "Front Page" categories to keep it current and fresh with the most interesting new articles
- Determining and assigning relevant existing tags to new articles
- Establishing and keeping on schedule the content development and production workflow of the Magazine, including the use of the online Content List document to define order of things to be done, and time to be done, to enable on-schedule mailing of Magazine Highlights
- Integrating publication processes of articles in English and Spanish editions with @Publications for Spanish edition and @Website Wizard

Audience Research Lead
Purpose:
Enlivening Edge receives useful feedback from our readers/audience/users/customers, enabling us to continually assess and improve the value, impact, and usability of our products and services.Accountabilities:
- Evaluating different approaches for collecting audience/user/customer feedback and choosing best for particular purposes
- Making recommendations about which feedback gathering approach(es) is/are best suited for each EE audience type, and communicating those recommendations to all roles that directly engage with those audiences (such as @Deepening Our Resonance Conversations Host, @Host for Facebook and LinkedIn Groups, @Social Media Coordinator, @Undefined_Role, and @Publications_Editor).
- Designing and implementing feedback gathering formats that can be used to collect feedback for multiple EE products/services. (e.g. focus groups and customer interviews)
- Reviewing and providing feedback to any other roles that are designing or implementing audience research projects and activities, so that all our audiences experience a coherent approach from us
- Collaborating with @Technical Architect/Steward and/or @Website Wizard to evaluate and implement audience/user/customer feedback gathering tools

Purpose:
People who know about EE are invited and facilitated into learning more about EE and moving into closer relationship with EEAccountabilities:
- Developing and implementing a multi-faceted, multi-media attraction program: processes, activities, and resources for such people as EE Magazine and Highlights subscribers, EE Community Conversation participants, EE Facebook and LinkedIn group members, and others who have some awareness of EE, in order to help those who are ready, engage in learning more about what EE is, does, and stands for.

Inter-organizational Synergy Catalyzer
Purpose:
EE is actively engaged in many synergistic inter-organizational relationships that co-create our emergent collective intelligence as a social ecosystem.Domains:
- Contracts between EE and other organizations related to synergistic relationships
Accountabilities:
- Discovering other next-stage organizations, movements, and initiatives and evaluating their potential synergy with EE
- Maintaining a current list of contacted, potential, and current organizational relationships, and sharing with other EE Partners upon request
- Maintaining a record of important relationship-related contracts, activities, projects, and plans, and sharing with other EE Partners upon request
- Designing and maintaining a template Inter-organizational Partnership contract that can be customized for each relationship
- Initiating, developing, maintaining, and refining inter-organizational relationships of the greatest synergy potential with EE
- Calling the attention of ecosystem-related organizations to our potentially increased collective impact on society via relating synergistically and being part of a growing ecosystem
- Developing, implementing, and revising criteria for, and steps involved in, forming Inter-organizational Synergy Partnerships, and using an advice process with EE Partners and relevant others before accepting any new such partnerships

Purpose:
Partners new to EE have an enjoyable and engaging process of integrating into EEAccountabilities:

Purpose:
New Partners are aligned with EE's purpose, a fit for EE's culture, and are qualified and able to fill rolesAccountabilities:
- Evaluating prospective Partners, including with reference to https://www.enliveningedge.org/people-attracted-to-working-within-ee/ and to all the criteria mentioned in https://app.glassfrog.com/organizations/1568/orgnav/policies/8249538
- Inviting all Partners to interview the prospective Partner if they wish, providing name, email address, and potential roles, if identified, and to provide feedback to the New Partner Qualifier role-energizer

Partnership Review/Exit Coordinator
Purpose:
Partnership Reviews and partner departures are as smooth and beneficial as possible to all parties concernedAccountabilities:
- Scheduling and facilitating a Partnership Review if they are aware or have been informed that a Partner has not been filling any role in the organization for more than six consecutive weeks, or upon a request that is in accord with the Partnership Reviews policy.

Workspace Host
Purpose:
Partners who have completed their orientation experience smooth and positive ongoing involvement with EEAccountabilities:
- Supporting shared understanding of key terms within EE, and upon detecting lack of shared understanding, then starting and facilitating discussions for reaching agreed-on meanings/definitions/understandings
- Working with all other Roles to keep shared GDrive documents updated for optimal current workflow
- Facilitating availability of (or co-creating) overviews for workflows, as requested by any Role
- Holding regular meetings with all Partners who have completed their orientation period, to discover and address tensions and to suggest what seems appropriate so that they and EE continue to have a mutually enjoyable, meaningful, synergistic relationship.
- Tracking Partners who are not filling any role in in the organization, and after two consecutive weeks of a Partner not filling a role, Inviting that person to a conversation about potential roles in the organization and notifying relevant Circle Leads about availability for potential role assignments.

- Creating and maintaining default roles, accountabilities, processes to simplify overall Community Hub self-governance and operations
- Offering guidance and answering Community Hub member questions about how Community Hub self-governance works
- Monitoring the success of Community Hub self-governance and seeking and implementing Community Hub member feedback to evolve and improve the self-governance aspect of the Community Hub.
- Maintaining a written summary accessible to all EE Partners and Community Hub members, that clearly states what can and cannot be changed through Community Hub self-governance
- Seeking advice from all Community Hub members and @Community Hub Designer and @Community Hub Welcomer before making changes to the official summary of what can and cannot be changed through Community Hub self-governance.
- Interpreting current governance of the Community Hub on request and proposing new governance to clarify any unclear language.
- Monitoring Community Hub decisions and operations, and providing feedback if role-holder believes there is misalignment with current Community Hub governance
- Participating in all Community Hub Self-governance decision activities, meetings, and processes, representing the whole of EE in these, and researching and reporting on any existing Hub Current Governance that relates to discussion of a pending proposal or to an agenda item under discussion during a Community Hub Decision-making meeting.
- Establishing, implementing, and facilitating a formal Advice Process by which Community Hub members have input to aspects of the Hub not subject to Self-governance
- Maintaining, and seeking to restore if needed, integration of Community Hub Current Governance with the rest of EE's current governance
- Working with Community Hub members, in a co-created process, to design a process and materials for orienting and training members who take on such community-governance defined roles as Concierge, Group Administrators, and Group Hosts
- Assisting CH members to craft proposals to submit to the Self-governance process
- Filling the role of Forum Host for the "Community Self-Management" & "Community Governance Proposals" forums, if no other Community Hub Member is filling the role

Deepening Our Resonance Conversations Host
Purpose:
The Deepening Our Resonance group and its offerings and activities,in the EE Community Hub provide a warm, friendly hosted space which is of profound value for group members to experience a deep sense of belonging, support, and inspiration, energizing momentum of the NSO movements towards the tipping point of reinventing organizations and society.Accountabilities:
- Providing and hosting video meetings for members of the Deepening Our Resonance group in the Community Hub
- Providing information and invitations about opportunities for group members to become further engaged in the Conversations, the Hub, or in the rest of Enlivening Edge
- Identifying and supporting Enlivening Edge gobal community’s emerging needs and aspirations as visible in this group, in coordination with @Audience Research Lead and other relevant roles.
- Sensing, articulating, and sharing widely as appropriate, the Evolutionary Purpose of the group as an expression of the Evolutionary Purpose of Enlivening Edge's Anchor Circle, Community Building Circle, and Community Hub
- Defining rand updating Hosting Team roles to be filled by group members for the production of the conversations, in alignment with the role of Group Host
- Defining and updating an operating system and governance system for the Hosting Team roles in alignment with the Master Document of Current Self-governance of the Community Hub
- Communicating to group and Hub members, what the Hosting Team is, does, and how it operates and is governed
- Attracting and inviting group members to energize Hosting Team roles
- Serving as Group Administrator of the group
