    • Triggering new elections for the Circle’s elected Roles after each election term expires
    • Auditing a Sub-Circle’s meetings and records on request and declaring a Process Breakdown if one is discovered

    Purpose:

    Tensions relevant to process in the Integration Circle channeled out of the People Context and resolved on behalf of Enterprise Partners

    Accountabilities:

    • Seeking to understand Tensions raised by Enterprise Partners
    • Deciding which Tensions are relevant to the collective of Partners (vs. relevant to one Partner or only a few) and therefore appropriate to
    • Processing Tensions of the Partnership within the Integration Circle
  • People Operations

    Purpose:

    Purpose-aligned Members and Partners with clear agreements and clear Enterprise relationships

    Accountabilities:

    • Tracking Role Filling needs in the Organization Context
    • Triggering and facilitating the Selection Process for prospective new Members/Partners
    • Drafting and executing all necessary Member Agreements from latest versions as published by the relevant roles (Social Agreement, Payment Plan, Work Agreement)
    • On-boarding Members upon signed Membership agreements
    • Extending offers of Membership to prospective new Members (following the new Member Selection Process)
    • Administering Partnership records

    Accountabilities:

    • Withdrawing and transferring money from Lazima accounts according to Budgets prioritization
    • Collecting Monthly Bank Statements and submitting them to Finance

    Purpose:

    Every emergee is fully aligned to a social problem and identified a potentially sustainable solution in a team.

    Accountabilities:

    • Fostering personal development in the idea of character ethics
    • Introducing idea generation and professional development
    • Setting up a training plan and emerging calendar and communicating it to both trainers and scholars
    • Assigning Emerging scholars coaches of their choice.
    • Creating awareness of coaching to Emerging scholars.
    • Following the progress of training based on the calendar or plan
    • Checking the quality of training through a needs assessment to incorporate scholars' ideas in the training
    • Providing a report to the structuring coordinator to incorporate ideas from a needs assessment in the structures
    • Organizing evaluation for scholars to concentration stage
    • Availing and or sourcing for motivated trainers, and coaches.

    Lazima empowerment program runs efficiently and is effective

    Accountabilities:

    • Overseeing empowerment program execution and alignment with the super circle purpose
    • Monitoring overall scholars' progress
    • Outsourcing trainers and resources as needed
    • Identifying potential external opportunities for collaboration
    • Reporting on ongoing empowerment activities
  • Legal

    Purpose:

    Lazima is protected legally

    Accountabilities:

    • Liaising with government bodies and laywers
    • Communicating with Board of Directors for Signing legal documents
    • Preparing and keeping records of legal documents
    • Advising internal roles in legal matters when needed
    • Providing contract drafting and legal review/advisory services upon request from other roles
    • Monitoring the organization for potentially-harmful abstract or implicit agreements, or misalignment with external laws and regulations, and advising appropriate roles accordingly
    • Keeping record of legal documents and renewing licenses (NGO, land titles)
  • Linking

    Purpose:

    Formalized and incorporated Lazima social enterprises that are ready to operate beyond the Lazima premise

    Accountabilities:

    • Supporting scholars in the business/enterprise registration process
    • Liaising with a credible and trustworthy lawyer for transparent registration processes
    • Giving advice to scholars regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the different legal entities (Ltd by Shares, Ltd by Guarantee, CBO, NGO)
    • Educating entrepreneurs about best practices e.g. choosing of name, responsibilities of organizational secretary, filing annual returns, share allocation (Slicing Pie dynamic Equity for Ltd by Shares), directorship (for CBO, NGO, and Ltd by Guarantee)
    • Supporting in a transparent and adequate enterprise and business registration of projects graduated from the Concentration stage
    • Supporting in TIN registration, the opening of bank accounts, and other legal enterprise requirements

    Fruitful relationships and positive image with stakeholders

    Accountabilities:

    • Marketing Lazima Products, Services and Enterprises
    • Creating and updating Lazima marketing strategies
    • Updating online tools according to governance changes and granting access rights to role fillers
