    Accountabilities:

    • Identifying and courting potential external sales affiliates and similar partners within the key target markets defined by @GlassFrog Marketing, and onboarding appropriate candidates into an affiliate program defined by @Business Manager
  • Back Office Ops

    Purpose:

    Delight business line stakeholders with accurate, useful, and timely back-office support

    Domains:

    • Financial transaction processing systems & processes
    • Partner onboarding checklist template

    Accountabilities:

    • Implementing accounting systems, processes, and transactions to support the needs of the organization
    • Presenting the Organization's financial performance and status to all partners regularly
    • Selecting and maintaining the company's needed insurance policies, including group health insurance policies for partners
    • Selecting, maintaining, and configuring general infrastructure systems and platforms for the organization, and securing them from evil and ignorance
    • Maintaining a unit ledger for the company, including tracking all grants and changes in unit ownership and capital accounts
    • Administering DNS records for domain names intended to point to websites that are primarily GlassFrog or GlassFrog-branded, and announcing changes that would impact the uptime or configuration of those websites

    • Defining standard pricing models for GlassFrog subscriptions and related services, and standard service level agreements and contract terms for such subscriptions that comfort the market and are practical to deliver upon
    • Creating & maintaining a pitch deck to support fundraising efforts
    • Defining & evolving a comprehensive set of metrics for @General Operations that make holistic business performance transparent and easy to grok
    • Driving the definition and regular review of OKRs for all roles in @General Operations, in alignment with any direction or constraints specified by its Circle Lead
    • Monitoring all @General Operations metrics & progress against OKRs and driving optimizations where practical, including challenging other role-fillers to find and enact creative ways to improve performance and supporting their efforts to do so
    • Defining an overall business model, deal terms, and contract(s) that enable GlassFrog sales affiliates to drive new business

    • Sharing perspectives on request about criteria that would be meaningful to them in considering compensation comparisons (e.g. comparable archetypes, location, company size, include benefits?, etc.)
    • Assessing proposals for compensation placements against other existing placements, and against the general guidance published by @Compensation Architect
