    Accountabilities:

    • Monitoring the @General_Company_Circle's overall stewardship and steering of the organization towards deeper expressions of its purpose
    • Identifying and proposing updates to the purpose of the organization when appropriate
    • Championing the Organization's purpose and key brands in broader networks, and making purpose-aligned connections when useful and appropriate

  • Beta Feature Owner

    Domains:

    • Features in beta

    Accountabilities:

    • Coordinating development activity of beta features
  • Circle Rep

    Purpose:

    Tensions relevant to process in a broader Circle channeled out and resolved.

    Accountabilities:

    • Seeking to understand Tensions conveyed by Role Leads within the Circle
    • Discerning Tensions appropriate to process within a broader Circle that holds the Circle
    • Processing Tensions within a broader Circle to remove constraints on the Circle
  • Developer

    Purpose:

    Satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of truly valuable software

    Accountabilities:

    • Monitoring and triaging issues reported in #bugs-og that are urgent or likely resulted from work you as an individual developer introduced
    • Reviewing open pull requests at the request of other @Developer role-fillers
    • Advising @L2 Support on technical fixes for customer issues
    • Notifying @Ribbiting Communications when functionality has been deployed
    • Orienting new @Developer role fillers on GlassFrog functionality upon request
    • Testing new functionality before deploying it to production
    • Prioritizing critical bugs above other new stories, then fast-tracking fixes and shepherding them to resolution once pulled
    • Participating in team processes defined by @Agilator
    • Following architectural guidelines published by @Architect
    • Deploying functionality that they have merged into master to production, or coordinating the deployment and the running of necessary scripts for said functionality within 2 business days of merging it in
    • Attempting to reproduce bugs at the request of @QA
    • Implementing GlassFrog user stories, bug fixes, and chores to improve the product and GlassFrog operations
    • Adding infra stories to get rid of dead code as observed
    • Sharing development challenges with other @Developer role fillers as challenges arise in their development work
    • Delivering bugs and stories in a testable state before triggering @QA to test them
    • Providing projections on availability to pull critical bugs on request
    • Coordinating with @Beta Feature Owner when working on bugs or features that are currently in beta
  • Technical Advisor

    Purpose:

    Business and product roles have developer insight when planning product strategy

    Accountabilities:

    • Advising on ways to get more value out of upcoming features on request
    • Estimating required development effort for potential features upon request of @Product Vision or @Business Manager

    Accountabilities:

    • Seeking to understand Tensions conveyed by Role Leads within the Circle
    • Discerning Tensions appropriate to process within a broader Circle that holds the Circle
    • Processing Tensions within a broader Circle to remove constraints on the Circle
  • Compensation Guardian

    Purpose:

    Fair relative compensation levels, aligned with @Compensation_Architect's guidance

    Accountabilities:

    • Sharing perspectives on request about criteria that would be meaningful to them in considering compensation comparisons (e.g. comparable archetypes, location, company size, include benefits?, etc.)
    • Assessing proposals for compensation placements against other existing placements, and against the general guidance published by @Compensation Architect
    • Providing feedback to partners upon request after their compensation proposals have received a vote
  • Partnership Assessor

    Purpose:

    Requisite partner/org relationships consummated, and requisite transitions enacted

    Accountabilities:

    • Interviewing new Partner candidates and assessing whether to invite them into the partnership, upon request of any relevant Role
    • Assessing Partners for continued partnership during scheduled Partnership Reviews
    • Sharing information and context at an appropriate moment about partners transitioning out of the organization
    • Assessing partnership grant proposals
  • Partnership Steward

    Purpose:

    A healthy tribe and tribe space for GlassFrog, where partners thrive while contributing their gifts

    Accountabilities:

  • Spending Guardian

    Purpose:

    Resources spent wisely and retained wisely

    Accountabilities:

    • Evaluating potential expenditures upon request and after escalation in the normal spending authorization flow
