    • Defining key target markets for GlassFrog and marketing it to those markets via all appropriate marketing channels
    • Inspiring free GlassFrog customers to upgrade to premium plans
    • Developing and refining the marketing and sales funnel for GlassFrog with input from @Business Manager
    • Gathering and sharing GlassFrog product updates and social proof from @Release Coordinator, @Customer Experience, and @Customer Success, including updating content in GlassFrog's What's New section
    • Scheduling and promoting product tour and training webinars for GlassFrog
    • Identifying potential new target market candidates for GlassFrog and test-marketing to them to assess interest
    • Creating and maintaining visual demos (videos and screenshots) of GlassFrog features for marketing purposes
  • Sales

    Purpose:

    Tension the system with dizzying growth in customer count and recurring revenue

    Accountabilities:

    • Responding to prospect inbound inquiries
    • Demonstrating key product features to our prospects
    • Sharing prospect feedback to appropriate roles
    • Championing user stories that encourage signups, conversions, and retention
    • Engaging with new and existing leads to cultivate interest
    • Negotiating custom contracts as needed for enterprise clients and others with special needs
