    • Facilitating the Circle’s regular Tactical Meetings
    • Facilitating the Circle’s Governance Process
    • Triggering new elections for the Circle’s elected Roles after each election term expires
    • Auditing a Sub-Circle’s meetings and records on request and declaring a Process Breakdown if one is discovered

  • Financial Steward

    Purpose:

    Steward the organization's financial reserves, with harmony and balance across all stakeholders

    Domains:

    • The Organization's Target Base Draw
    • Distributions to our Members and Partners

    Accountabilities:

    • Determining the organization's Distributable Cash Flow for each relevant period
    • Setting the Organization's Target Base Draw

  • Purpose Guide

    Purpose:

    Guide the organization towards its higher purpose

    Accountabilities:

    • Monitoring the @General_Company_Circle's overall stewardship and steering of the organization towards deeper expressions of its purpose
    • Identifying and proposing updates to the purpose of the organization when appropriate
    • Championing the Organization's purpose and key brands in broader networks, and making purpose-aligned connections when useful and appropriate

  • Secretary

    Purpose:

    Stabilize the Circle’s constitutionally-required records and meetings.

    Domains:

    • All governance records of the Circle

    Accountabilities:

    • Scheduling regular Tactical Meetings for the Circle
    • Capturing and publishing Tactical Meeting outputs
    • Scheduling Governance Meetings for the Circle
    • Capturing and publishing the outputs of the Circle’s Governance Process
    • Interpreting the Constitution and anything under its authority upon request

General Operations

    Purpose:

    Source investment and inspire ongoing trust and support from aligned investors

    Accountabilities:

    • Crafting and sending regular updates to investors

  • Partner Prospector

    for Senior-level Marketing/Growth/BD Candidates

    Purpose:

    The right partners joining us, at the right time, in the right relationship, setup to succeed

    Accountabilities:

    • Screening inbound partner applications and candidate referrals, and proactively sourcing additional candidates as-needed
    • Planning and structuring in-person visits for appropriate partner candidates; publishing intended activities prior to such visits; and booking time with relevant partners, including at least one @Partnership Steward to further discuss the organization's purpose and partnership structure
    • Shepherding candidates through the courtship process, and orienting them to the organization's key agreements, processes, and systems
    • Assessing and proposing a compensation level and other key terms for a partnership grant offer when appropriate, and extending approved offers to candidates
