    Purpose:

    Team processes that facilitate awesomeness

    Accountabilities:

    • Evolving defined processes as productivity improvements are identified
    • Scheduling and maintaining meetings to support the agile development processes defined by @Agilator
    • Defining and maintaining agile software development processes within @Design and Engineering, including recurring meeting agendas
    • Coordinating the ShapeUp process including maintaining the ShapeUp calendar and facilitating the ShapeUp meetings
  • Developer

    Purpose:

    Satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of truly valuable software

    Accountabilities:

    • Monitoring and triaging issues reported in #bugs-og that are urgent or likely resulted from work you as an individual developer introduced
    • Reviewing open pull requests at the request of other @Developer role-fillers
    • Advising @L2 Support on technical fixes for customer issues
    • Notifying @Ribbiting Communications when functionality has been deployed
    • Testing new functionality before deploying it to production
    • Prioritizing critical bugs above other new stories, then fast-tracking fixes and shepherding them to resolution once pulled
    • Participating in team processes defined by @Agilator
    • Following architectural guidelines published by @Architect
    • Deploying functionality that they have merged into master to production, or coordinating the deployment and the running of necessary scripts for said functionality within 2 business days of merging it in
    • Attempting to reproduce bugs at the request of @QA
    • Implementing GlassFrog user stories, bug fixes, and chores to improve the product and GlassFrog operations
    • Adding infra stories to get rid of dead code as observed
    • Sharing development challenges with other @Developer role fillers as challenges arise in their development work
    • Delivering bugs and stories in a testable state before triggering @QA to test them
    • Providing projections on availability to pull critical bugs on request
    • Coordinating with @Beta Feature Owner when working on bugs or features that are currently in beta
  • Quick Win Cowboy

    Purpose:

    Ecstatic customers through rapid development of highly visible low-hanging fruit

    Accountabilities:

    • Reviewing concept library and other feedback to identify features/bugs that have high value and low effort
    • Developing stories and other specifications needed to place stories of identified features/bugs in the development backlog
    • Reviewing completed stories against specifications to pass or fail
  • Requirements Wrangler

    Purpose:

    Gathering and ordering needs from GlassFrog feedback channels

    Accountabilities:

    • Providing a regular summary of high priority customer needs to @Product Vision and @Design and Engineering to inform prioritization of the roadmap and backlog
    • Providing a means for customers to provide input on prioritization of possible features
    • Flagging feedback and requests from key stakeholders
    • Reviewing and collecting early pipeline customer feature and feedback requests into an organized system to provide visibility into customer needs
  • Story Writer

    Purpose:

    Well written stories

    Accountabilities:

    • Writing user stories upon request of circle members
  • UX Design

    Purpose:

    Consistent, elegant, user-friendly interfaces

    Accountabilities:

    • Creating or sourcing design concepts, sketches, and artifacts as needed to support @Product Vision and @Developer
    • Coordinating with external resources to augment capacity as needed
    • Reviewing stories in development and providing style and usability feedback on request
    • Recommending high value UX improvements
  • UX Writer

    Purpose:

    Consistent, clear, and friendly copy throughout the GlassFrog app

    Accountabilities:

    • Writing in-app copy focused on user experience

    Purpose:

    Partners convening, connecting, and collaborating in conducive physical and virtual spaces

    Accountabilities:

    • Scheduling regular dates and locations to convene partners for in-person gatherings ("Partner Retreats")
    • Sourcing and configuring rental properties for Partner Retreats, including booking lodging for partner prospects as well upon request of @Partner Prospector
    • Scheduling and facilitating regular "Partner Meetings" to allow space for partner-level sharing, requests, and explorations
  • Partner Prospector

    for Technical Candidates

    Purpose:

    The right partners joining us, at the right time, in the right relationship, setup to succeed

    Accountabilities:

    • Screening inbound partner applications and candidate referrals, and proactively sourcing additional candidates as-needed
    • Planning and structuring in-person visits for appropriate partner candidates; publishing intended activities prior to such visits; and booking time with relevant partners, including at least one @Partnership Steward to further discuss the organization's purpose and partnership structure
    • Shepherding candidates through the courtship process, and orienting them to the organization's key agreements, processes, and systems
    • Assessing and proposing a compensation level and other key terms for a partnership grant offer when appropriate, and extending approved offers to candidates
