    Questions to ask

    - which roles are you energising most? Least? Why?

    For each role, speak about:
    - do you like it?
    - are the purpose, name, accountabilities clear? enough to guide you?
    - what are your current projects there?
    - do you need help, additional skills, resources?

Which other roles would you like? (open or taken)

During talk, note next actions...could be:
    - governance tensions
    - tactical tensions
    - role (re)assignment
    - resigning from role

    - from Alibis for Interaction 2013

(Could be used to check the definition / specification of a role.)

"I feel confident about how to act out this role"

"my role provides me with things to do"

"my role has a place in the group / society"
