*Overall Intent*
For the purposes of lead generation, August may engage with 3rd parties interested in referring new business opportunities. The standard referral agreement is as follows, but terms are negotiable based on individual situations:


*Negotiation Options*
Assuming a recommendation directly to the buyer, for a specific project, we would pay the following maximums as a referral fee:

– 10% of revenue for the first six months with a specific buyer, from the date of the intro, contingent on a warm recommendation (via phone, or in the room).
– 3% of revenue with the same (or directly related) buyer for the following six months.

Subsequent referrals are negotiable upward from this guidance.
