*Lead Acceptance*

August will consider and qualify any lead for which there are a minimum of two team members that signal interest. Members are encouraged to use August's values and B Corp's list of disclosure industries when considering their interest.

*Lead Qualification*

Leads are prioritized based on the extent to which they meet the following criteria:

1) 1,000 employees or $1 billion in annual revenue
2) Sponsor is a senior business leader
3) Offices located in or near New York or San Francisco or Toronto
4) Explicitly want to change the way they work, to improve performance and culture
5) $75,000-$400,000 in available budget for an onramp project, and potential for $1.2 million+ in annual spend

Time and effort put toward pursuing leads should be proportional based on lead qualification and the likelihood the individual clients we would work with will lead to qualified leads in the future.
