    • Providing a sufficient stock of materials for facilitation of events (markers, post-its, flip chart paper,...) as defined by Service Delivery

    • Creating financial overview for public events to make profit/loss per event transparent

    • Defining locations for workshops and events and integrating event requirements as defined by Content and Practice Guide in the decision

    • Preparing workshop and training slides in collaboration with Content and Practice Guide, Program Delivery and Brand Steward

    • Triggering Finance to generate invoices as needed; trigger to include: billing contact info and terms, item(s) to be billed, quantity, and cost/currency/amounts

    Effective Language of Spaces Companions and Coaches

    Accountabilities:

    • Evaluating the expansion of capacities for Companions and Coaches to be certified

    • Exploring concepts and terminology beyond instructional design and integrating feedback from Content and Practice Guide, LoS Framework and Program Delivery

    • Selecting and using appropriate digital channels to host Evolution at Work's learning programs

    • Interpreting Governance and the Constitution upon request

    • Scheduling the Circle’s required meetings, and notifying all Core Circle Members of scheduled times and locations

    Highest possible presence in the target markets through social media

    Accountabilities:

    • Defining and activating social media Channels and their relevant tools for reaching out to and communicating with target markets

    • Promoting EaW and its products and services on all defined social media channels with promotion content as defined by Communication Crafter and by communication guidelines from Brand Steward
