    Accountabilities:

    • Developing cohesive offerings for building required capacities as defined by LoS Framework

    • Creating content for website, product of offerings, newsletter and blog and forwarding it to Communication Crafter

    • Developing and organizing on-boarding and training for Delivery

    • Providing feedback to LoS Framework regarding product iteration for integration into definition of LoS Framework

    Purpose:

    Clients in awe of their experience

    Accountabilities:

    • Delivering offerings as defined by Content and Practice Guide

    • Funneling feedback and client requirements to Content and Practice Guide for integration into design of offerings

    • Triggering Finance to generate invoices as needed; trigger to include: engagement details, billing contact info and terms, item(s) to be billed, quantity, and cost/currency/amounts

    • Negotiating and executing service agreements

  • Enterprise Data

    Purpose:

    Enterprise data secure and protected

    Domains:

    • Data Security

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing and publishing policies to protect and secure Enterprise data

    • Developing and publishing policies to comply with applicable data privacy laws

  • Enterprise Membership

    Purpose:

    Purpose-aligned Members (Company, Organization, Association) with clear agreements and clear Enterprise relationships

    Accountabilities:

    • Setting initial Unit Grants that are aligned with Organization's current compensation system and role-filling needs

    • Drafting and executing all necessary Member Agreements from latest versions as published by Legal

    • Triggering Member Steward for on-boarding upon signed Membership agreements

    • Scheduling Association review of prospective Members

    • Extending offers of Membership

    • Assessing ongoing fit for Partners and Association Members integrating perspectives of Lead Links and Association Context

  • Facilitator

    Purpose:

    Circle governance and operational practices aligned with the Constitution.

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating the Circle’s constitutionally-required meetings

    • Auditing the meetings and records of Sub-Circles as needed, and declaring a Process Breakdown upon discovering a pattern of behavior that conflicts with the rules of the Constitution

  • Finance

    Purpose:

    Healthy finances that support development

    Domains:

    • Financial controls

    Accountabilities:

    • Tracking, reporting and accounting for all financial matters

    • Invoicing clients when triggered by relevant roles

    • Maintaining relationships and accounts with banks or other financial institutions as needed

  • FPE Coach

    Purpose:

    Better FPE practice

    Accountabilities:

    • Coaching Partners on Holacracy rules and effective Holacracy practice as needed

    • Coaching Partners on FPE tension processing pathways as needed

  • Global Virtual Tools

    Purpose:

    Communication tools and services for friction-free global virtual work

    Accountabilities:

    • Selecting, maintaining and administering all foundational tools related to Member-Partner communications (e.g. email, slack), file stores (e.g. Google Drive) and videoconferencing systems (e.g. Zoom)

    • Providing support for virtual attendance during Partner retreat sessions on request from Retreat Agenda Coordinator

  • Legal

    Purpose:

    Clear and mutually beneficial agreements

    Accountabilities:

    • Crafting internal legal agreements

    • Sourcing and engaging outside legal counsel as needed

  • Member Steward

    Purpose:

    Smooth onboarding and offboarding for Members/Partners

    Accountabilities:

    • Defining and evolving onboarding and offboarding processes

    • Triggering onboarding and offboarding activities with other roles as relevant

    • Orienting new Partners and supporting their transition into and out of the enterprise

  • Online Products

    Purpose:

    Well-crafted online products that support the journey

    Accountabilities:

    • Estimating resource needs for development of online products for budgetary purposes on request

    • Coordinating the development of online products, and integrating feedback from stakeholders

    • Collecting and documenting online product requirements from relevant stakeholders

  • Opportunity Gardener

    Purpose:

    A rich landscape of opportunities that grow to be realized

    Accountabilities:

    • Participating in conversations and maintaining the contact on relevant social media to sow the seeds for and grow opportunities

    • Participating at conferences and events relevant to cultivating opportunities

    • Searching and cultivating business opportunities for offerings that are aligned with the organization's capacity to deliver

    • Triggering Delivery upon identification of realizable opportunities for offerings

    • Seeking out and developing partnership with purpose aligned individuals, organizations and networks to increasing opportunities for EaW's offerings.

  • Earnings Plan Design

    Purpose:

    Compelling pathways for Partners to earn Profit and Capital Interests

    Domains:

    • Earnings Plan

    Accountabilities:

    • Designing and evolving methods and processes for Partners to earn P, C, D and A Membership Units ("Earnings Plan")

    • Publishing general guidance regarding any tiers, categories, distinctions or other related classifying systems made within the Earnings Plan

    • Exercising a duty of care to integrate the needs of the Company, Organization and Association when evolving the Earnings Plan

    • Integrating perspectives of Anchor Circle members and Finance prior to proposing any material change to current Earnings Plan

    • Assisting other roles as required to better understand, explain and advise Members with regard to earning opportunities

  • Facilitator
