  • Events

    Purpose:

    Attractive, well-organized events

    Accountabilities:

    • Organizing events (including meetups and taster workshops)

    • Coordinating logistics before, during, and after events

    • Coordinating event registrations and invoicing

    • Communicating with participants before and after events

  • Facilitator

    Purpose:

    Circle governance and operational practices aligned with the Constitution.

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating the Circle’s constitutionally-required meetings

    • Auditing the meetings and records of Sub-Circles as needed, and declaring a Process Breakdown upon discovering a pattern of behavior that conflicts with the rules of the Constitution

  • Human Resources Navigator

    Purpose:

    Full potential of humans as a resource for self-organizing companies

    Accountabilities:

    • Collecting knowledge on HR practices in self-organizing companies

    • Triaging questions from self-organizing companies

    • Triggering Development in case of possible product/ service solutions from Energized.org

  • Learning Community

    Purpose:

    A thriving ecosystem of practitioners learning with and from each other

    • Learning community mailing list

    • Learning community membership (incl. Slack)

    Accountabilities:

    • Curating and coordinating the community of practitioners


    • Eliciting needs and tensions from the learning community


    • Fostering and facilitating the exchange of knowledge and learnings across the community

    • Developing and maintaining the organization's brand identity

    • Defining and evolving the organization’s overall marketing stance and strategy

    • Maintaining and evolving the organization's public website

    • Promoting the organization's offerings and events
