Getting things done with care
Purpose:
We are personally and structurally ready to get things done. We evolve as individual and as a team while taking care of each otherDomains:

Accountabilities:
- Mediating in internal conflicts if necessary
- Organizing celebrations for achievements
- Researching and helping SHIPO and its member smoothly move into Holacracy and use all its tools
- Researching, designing and facilitating processes to process tensions not processed through holocracy
- Ensuring we have a clear structure/organisation in Slack, in Drive and the server and in the office
- Learning, teaching and supporting members to adopt practices that allow them to get things done (GTD) and communicate non-violently
- Keeping BE passwords safely
- Collecting circles weekly goals and monthly OKRs on Slack, providing feedback on circles OKRs and organising evaluation sessions.
- Defining hiring processes that comply with SHIPO procedures
- Finding and researching tools that are aligned with our purpose
- Designing and facilitating internal design and learning (e.g. Ulab) sessions
- Creating and compiling templates
- Facilitating the creation of a space/environment of trust, respect and transparency for the team

- Making sure inclusivity (gender, PWSN, etc.) and the environmental aspect are considered in all our activities
- Supporting external facilitators and trainers within MSP´s capacity development
- Coordinating the necessary activities and resources within the Capacity Development component of the IKI project (agile training, self-management training, reporting, M&E, strategic planning sessions, etc.)
