In order to earn a Certificate of Completion for any Practitioner Fundamentals course, the participant must earn a score of 85% on the final quiz.

Point totals are rounded to the nearest whole number for this calculation, and break down as follows:

Facilitator Fundamentals: 28 out of 33
Lead Link Fundamentals: 25 out of 29
Rep Link Fundamentals: 15 out of 18
Secretary Fundamentals: 15 out of 18
Understanding Core Roles and Elections: 15 out of 18

After 3 months of nonpayment for Practitioner Fundamentals, an organization's PFE access will be disabled until all past-due payments have been made.

Affiliates Program

Payments for Practitioner Fundamentals Enterprise Plan or Holacracy Course group purchase referrals are issued to revenue share partners on a quarterly basis. If the client pays for a full year up-front, however, the revenue share will be distributed in a single payment.

Revenue share payments will not be issued until the client has paid all invoices for the quarter.

Meeting card versions are documented using the following convention: Month.Day.Year.

So, the current latest version is, "Version 10.2.23"

Some orgs who purchased single seats in courses chose to pay by invoice. Their seats are set to expire after a year in Thinkific so you don't have to worry about manually un-enrolling them, but you should let them know about the 50% renewal discount if they want another year of access for the same student.

The list of these enrollments, as of August 25 2022, can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19FNODL3QFUA6qpcALU5ao1247UY0at_cEj2wzCPEYA8/edit#gid=0

The CoP was changed to "private" after we started getting a LOT of spam accounts and bots posting spam on a daily basis. The questions for entry are purely to discourage spam accounts -- there's no need to screen and reject member requests for any reason other than seeming like an obvious spam account.

OVERALL LOOK & FEEL:

• Fun. Simple. Light. Easy.

COLORS:

• Try to use standard Holacracy brand colors as specified here:
https://drive.google.com/drive/search?q=brand%20accent%20colors

• Additionally, you can use dark gray #4c4f55 (not currently among official brand colors)

FONTS:

• Try to use official fonts as defined by @Sales & Marketing. Consider them to be Rubik & Open Sans for 2019. (Meaning, they are the official fonts as of 8/1/2019 and I don't anticipate them changing for the rest of the year, and likely much longer.)

• That said, you can use other fonts for accents, titles or subtitles as long as the overall effect is not too visually confusing. (Too many types of fonts, font weights, colors, sizes, etc creates visual confusion. Try to keep it simple.)

Training Design

The Holacracy Coach Training is recommended for individuals with 6-12 months of hands-on Holacracy practice and experience facilitating Tactical and Governance meetings, who wish to deepen their knowledge.

In order to attend the Coach Training, one must have already attended a Holacracy Practitioner Training.

Exceptions to this policy for highly experienced Holacracy practitioners may be considered if the individual has had at least 6 months of daily Holacracy practice and regular Holacracy facilitation experience.

The design of the Practitioner Training does not allow for participants to join part-way through the training without risking a significantly negative impact on other participants' learning environment; it is thus recommended that no one be permitted to join after the end of lunch on the first day. This requires an exception, as the design and learning is optimal when all attendees are present from the start of the training.
This training is designed to have no formal pre-requisites, however, given the training's design and learning objectives, it is recommended all participants gain exposure to Holacracy prior to attending, including some form of introductory overview plus experiencing a governance and tactical meeting whenever practical.
Required Materials:
• Better Way Company sim cards
• One Holacracy Constitution (as a prop)
• Governance & Tactical sim card for each participant to keep
• Notepad & pen (or similar) for each participant for note taking
We offer a virtual taster workshop, divided into two sessions of 2 hours each. The first includes a short introduction plus a tactical meeting simulation, and the second includes a governance meeting plus some content on structure and adoption journey. These two sessions can be scheduled back-to-back with just a short break in between, or up to a week apart; a 1 to 3 day gap is ideal. Watching our standard intro presentation is a pre-requisite for this workshop. To participate in the simulations, participants must be able to connect to Zoom from a quiet location, with their web-cam enabled.
