In the past we have simply asked prospective Partners to read our EP and state they are aligned and committed. For something which is the heart, soul, mind and body of EE, this is ridiculously superficial in finding out how a potential Partner resonates with us.
Additional ways of gathering information about the person's understanding and alignment, and actually enriching EE and the rest of us, from this date forward, include:
First, the NPQ role-energizer talks with the potential Partner about our EP and what it means and how it gets expressed by EE.
Second, the person is invited to briefly write up (or record) their personal EP and how EE's EP is related and share that with the NPQ-role-energizer and talk about it to clarify both alignment and potential synergies.
Third, the person is invited to a Tribe Space call, to share their understanding of our EP, and how it aligns with and enables them to express their own EP. What they say would then be discussed by all, to increase their understanding of us, and our understanding of them.
These procedures are not part of the policy, but stated here as guides to what actions could be done in "determining that the potential Partner is committed to EE's EP."
