Process for engaging this role - as of 6/1/22

Since we're still doing our old orientation/on-boarding model, and just starting the On-Boarding Buddy system, we ask that you wait to reach out to your Buddies until after they have had the initial orientation session with the On-Boarding Wrangler. The On-Boarding Wrangler will let new Partners know during the call that who their buddy is and that they will be the primary point of contact for questions after initial session and for helping to get the onboarding items completed. Once the initial orientation session has concluded, the On-Boarding Wrangler will link the On-Boarding Buddy up with the new Partner for engagement to begin.
