Optimized Task Overview

• Calendar Item Mouseover: Users can see the full title of Actions or Projects in the Calendar view in the Scheduled tab, providing more context at a glance.
• Project Scheduling Options: Projects now include a “Scheduled” feature, allowing automatic transitions, streamlining task management.

Updates and History Features

• Project Updates and History: Users can now add updates to their projects and actions, with easy access to view the history of those updates for enhanced tracking.

User-Friendly Interface

• Enter Key Functionality: Users can now use the Enter key to save actions and quickly move to add new ones, allowing for a faster workflow in action creation.
• GTD Practice Content: Placeholder texts and helpful tips have been added to empty sections, guiding users on how to effectively use their lists.

 

Consistent Menu Structure

• Standardization of Project and Action Menus: Menus for actions and projects have been standardized to ensure consistency and predictability in user interactions.
