Young people in Njombe find a community and act to create social and environmental impact while they develop personally and satisfy their needs (not only through income)

- Ensuring legal agreements are fulfilled
- Establishing clear guidelines and facilitating conflict transformation processes
- Developing NIA´s curriculum and supporting NIA scholars to build their social enterprise

- Ensuring that NIA´s physical structures are built and/or renovated

- Updating NIA database with international connections
- Designing and facilitating online events
- Deciding which international networks, communities or groups to join and joining them
- Replying to general incoming emails and forwarding them to the right roles
- Deciding who NIA´s advisors are
- Requesting SINA funds approved in the financial proposal document
- Maintaining the relationship with SINA global

- Preparing letters to government authorities and keeping communication with them
- Networking and fundraising with key local stakeholders to bring the academy to life
- Selecting youth that are fit to live the SINA experience in Uganda and bring it back to Njombe

- Ensuring NIA complies with local regulations: government approval, MoUs
- Learning about local circumstances and places: behaviours, traditions, challenges, dreams, etc.
- Updating NIA database with local connections
- Deciding which national networks, communities or groups to join and joining them
- Organising logistics and facilitating events that include and unleash everyone

- Presenting NIA in events

Accountabilities:
- Capturing and publishing the outputs of the Circle’s required meetings, and maintaining a compiled view of the Circle’s current Governance, checklist items, and metrics
- Interpreting Governance and the Constitution upon request
- Scheduling the Circle’s required meetings, and notifying all Core Circle Members of scheduled times and locations
