- Removing items that are of poor quality or not useable

for Christoph DeitersPurpose:
Guidance for Partners in Holacracy, People and Self-improvement processesAccountabilities:
- Supporting Partners to find a professional development path
- Assisting partners to build perspective on tension processing pathways including differentiating tensions best processed personally versus organizationally
- Initiating conversations with new Partners to provide guidance on their transition into the company
- Holding regular talks with Partners about their personal development plans

- Creating job adds for hiring positions
- Updating Recruiting Pipeline as new applications come in
- Sending out first replys to new applications
- Interviewing new potential talents
- Evaluating applying talents and proposing them to Lead Links of affected circles and Contractor

- Creating visual content for projects by following through the production process
- Archiving completed project files
- Adding valuable new assets from the project to the relevant library folder
- Capturing internal feedback on projects

Project Lead
Purpose:
Excellent service and clear communication that transcend customer expectationsAccountabilities:
- Receiving and verifying client feedback
- Working towards customer expectations
- Keeping track of project budget and communicating budget issues with @Closer and @Visualizer, informing the client if out-of-scope requests lead to additional costs before doing them
- Communicating externally with the client and internally with the project team
- Updating Project Timeline in Vertec when changed and announcing it in #project_coordination in slack
