    Purpose:

    The Deepening Our Resonance group and its offerings and activities,in the EE Community Hub provide a warm, friendly hosted space which is of profound value for group members to experience a deep sense of belonging, support, and inspiration, energizing momentum of the NSO movements towards the tipping point of reinventing organizations and society.

    Accountabilities:

    • Providing and hosting video meetings for members of the Deepening Our Resonance group in the Community Hub
    • Providing information and invitations about opportunities for group members to become further engaged in the Conversations, the Hub, or in the rest of Enlivening Edge
    • Identifying and supporting Enlivening Edge gobal community’s emerging needs and aspirations as visible in this group, in coordination with @Audience Research Lead and other relevant roles.
    • Sensing, articulating, and sharing widely as appropriate, the Evolutionary Purpose of the group as an expression of the Evolutionary Purpose of Enlivening Edge's Anchor Circle, Community Building Circle, and Community Hub
    • Defining rand updating Hosting Team roles to be filled by group members for the production of the conversations, in alignment with the role of Group Host
    • Defining and updating an operating system and governance system for the Hosting Team roles in alignment with the Master Document of Current Self-governance of the Community Hub
    • Communicating to group and Hub members, what the Hosting Team is, does, and how it operates and is governed
    • Attracting and inviting group members to energize Hosting Team roles
    • Serving as Group Administrator of the group
  • EE Magazine

    Purpose:

    EE Magazine increases the social-change impact of people and groups who are co-creating the next stage of consciousness in organizations, through increasing their connectivity and by hosting the Magazine as a space for them to share knowledge and inspiration with each other.

    Accountabilities:

    • Producing EE Magazine and all related website pages, posts, and processes
  • Facebook and LinkedIn Groups Administrator

    Purpose:

    EE's Facebook and LinkedIn groups are maintained and operated so that they excellently catalyze connections among people who are co-creating the next stage of consciousness in organizations

    Domains:

    • requests for membership, group description, and guidelines for interacting in Facebook group
    • requests for membership, group description, and guidelines for interacting in LinkedIn group

    Accountabilities:

    • Processing requests for group membership
    • Generating welcome-new-members posts
    • Tracking related metrics needed for Tactical meetings of Community Building Circle, and providing those in the place designated, prior to meetings
    • Providing the appropriate Circle Tactical meetings with interpretations of the metrics and recommendations for ways to optimize the numbers for Circle purposes
    • Monitoring groups for spammers and trollers, and taking appropriate administrative actions when needed
    • Updating guidelines for posting and interacting in the groups, and posting any updated guidelines
    • Updating pinned announcements and group descriptions, in collaboration with @Strategic Writer and @Marketing
    • Discovering and adapting to any changes in Facebook's or LinkedIn's policies or functionalities related to groups
    • Informing @Magazine Editor about potential articles and republications posted in either group
    • Informing @Social Media Coordinator about content posted in either group that could be shared in other social media destinations
    • Informing @Inter-organizational Synergy Catalyzer about next-stage organizations and initiatives that post in either group that might be good relationships for EE to cultivate
  • Host for Facebook and LinkedIn Groups

    Purpose:

    Vibrant groups on Facebook and LinkedIn, hosted by Enlivening Edge, contributing to the thriving of Enlivening Edge and strengthening of the social ecosystem of next-stage organizations.

    Accountabilities:

    • Attracting new members, and inspiring their online contributions
    • Updating and maintaining guidelines for posting in and usage of these two space(s)
    • Igniting, following, and stoking conversations in these space(s) with relevant, informative and engaging content (such as posts, comments, pictures, stories, quotes, and videos)
    • Identifying and supporting the groups' emerging needs and aspirations
    • Encouraging and doing, the sharing of Facebook and LinkedIn group content with other related Facebook and LinkedIn groups
    • Supporting and encouraging mutual discovery among posters in these space(s)
    • Cross-promoting these spaces with EE's Community Conversations, Community Hub, and Magazine offerings
  • Secretary

    Purpose:

    Stabilize the Circle’s constitutionally-required records and meetings.

    Domains:

    • All governance records of the Circle

    Accountabilities:

    • Scheduling regular Tactical Meetings for the Circle
    • Capturing and publishing Tactical Meeting outputs
    • Scheduling Governance Meetings for the Circle
    • Capturing and publishing the outputs of the Circle’s Governance Process
    • Interpreting the Constitution and anything under its authority upon request
Purpose: Clean agreements with Partners and smooth processes for Partner onboarding, compensation, and offboarding.
  • New Partner Guide

    Purpose:

    Partners new to EE have an enjoyable and engaging process of integrating into EE

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing and implementing a multi-faceted, multi-media welcoming and orientation program-- processes, activities, and resources (coordinated with @Workspace_Tools_Facilitator)--to support new Partners working within EE in having the best possible experience of their work and involvement
    • Coordinating with @New Partner Qualifier, @Partner Agreements Manager, @Engagement Facilitator, and the relevant Circle Leads, to implement a seamless procedure for receiving people who have become a Partner, into the care of this role
    • Transferring the New Partner to the care of the @Workspace Host role when their orientation has been completed.
  • New Partner Qualifier

    Purpose:

    New Partners are aligned with EE's purpose, a fit for EE's culture, and are qualified and able to fill roles

    Accountabilities:

    • Evaluating prospective Partners, including with reference to https://www.enliveningedge.org/people-attracted-to-working-within-ee/ and to all the criteria mentioned in https://app.glassfrog.com/organizations/1568/orgnav/policies/8249538
    • Inviting all Partners to interview the prospective Partner if they wish, providing name, email address, and potential roles, if identified, and to provide feedback to the New Partner Qualifier role-energizer
    • Discussing feedback from such interviews with the Partner providing the feedback, as advice about whether to proceed with the prospective Partner's qualification process
    • Determining that the prospective Partner is engaged in the activities described in the Role Assignments policy (https://app.glassfrog.com/policies/9648283) with the Circle Lead(s) of the relevant Circle(s.)
    • Notifying prospective Partner of the outcome of the qualification process, and when successfully qualified, notifying @Partner Agreements Manager about the need to work on a new Partner Agreement
  • Partnership Review/Exit Coordinator

    Purpose:

    Partnership Reviews and partner departures are as smooth and beneficial as possible to all parties concerned

    Accountabilities:

    • Scheduling and facilitating a Partnership Review if they are aware or have been informed that a Partner has not been filling any role in the organization for more than six consecutive weeks, or upon a request that is in accord with the Partnership Reviews policy.
    • Informing all Partners when someone is no longer a Partner
    • Defining and maintaining a process for conducting Partnership Reviews
    • Following up with any Partner who has expressed an intention to leave to develop a clear transition plan and communicating this plan with all Partners who have relevant roles
    • Developing and maintaining a clear process and resources to assure that Partner departures are minimally disruptive and maximally beneficial for everyone involved
  • Workspace Host

    Purpose:

    Partners who have completed their orientation experience smooth and positive ongoing involvement with EE

    Accountabilities:

    • Supporting shared understanding of key terms within EE, and upon detecting lack of shared understanding, then starting and facilitating discussions for reaching agreed-on meanings/definitions/understandings
    • Working with all other Roles to keep shared GDrive documents updated for optimal current workflow
    • Facilitating availability of (or co-creating) overviews for workflows, as requested by any Role
    • Holding regular meetings with all Partners who have completed their orientation period, to discover and address tensions and to suggest what seems appropriate so that they and EE continue to have a mutually enjoyable, meaningful, synergistic relationship.
    • Tracking Partners who are not filling any role in in the organization, and after two consecutive weeks of a Partner not filling a role, Inviting that person to a conversation about potential roles in the organization and notifying relevant Circle Leads about availability for potential role assignments.
  • Workspace Tools Facilitator

    Purpose:

    EE Partners and Inter-organizational Synergy Relationship Partners are enabled to make maximum effective use of our shared workspace tools and platforms

    Accountabilities:

    • Documenting ways to effectively use our chosen technical tools where this role is described as "Go-to Person" for that tool in the Orientation to EE's Workspace Tools document ("The Booklet")
    • Orienting and teaching new EE Partners and new relevant Inter-organizational Synergy Relationship Partners about our chosen technical tools where described as "Go-to Person" for that tool in The Booklet
    • Updating and revising The Booklet for currency, accuracy, and usefulness
    • Integrating The Booklet with all other onboarding and orientation activities and resources provided to new EE Partners and new relevant Inter-organizational Synergy Relationship Partners for their seamless and simplified experience
    • Sharing with @New Partner Guide the progress of new EE Partners in learning the various tools and platforms to help co-design any customized learning approaches needed
    • Reporting to the @Inter-organizational Synergy Catalyzer about each Inter-organizational Synergy Relationship Partner's progress in learning the various tools and platforms, to help co-design any customized learning approaches needed
    • Obtaining feedback from all other roles described as the Go-To Person for particular tools and platforms in the Booklet updating and revising relevant information for currency, accuracy, and usefulness
