    Compelling pathways for Partners to earn Profit and Capital Interests

    Domains:

    • Earnings Plan

    Accountabilities:

    • Designing and evolving methods and processes for Partners to earn P, C, D and A Membership Units ("Earnings Plan")

    • Publishing general guidance regarding any tiers, categories, distinctions or other related classifying systems made within The Plan

    • Exercising a duty of care to integrate the needs of the Company, Organization and Association when evolving the Earnings Plan

    • Integrating perspectives of Anchor Circle members and Finance prior to proposing any material change to current Earnings Plan

    • Assisting other roles as required to better understand, explain and advise Members with regard to earning opportunities

  • Facilitator

    Purpose:

    Circle governance and operational practices aligned with the Constitution.

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating the Circle’s constitutionally-required meetings

    • Auditing the meetings and records of Sub-Circles as needed, and declaring a Process Breakdown upon discovering a pattern of behavior that conflicts with the rules of the Constitution

  • xLink: From Association Operations

    for term ending June 6, 2019

    Purpose:

    Aligned Association Operations

    Accountabilities:

    • Representing operational needs of the Association at the Enterprise Anchor Circle

Purpose: Legal, Social and Financial foundations for the For-Purpose Enterprise
  • Facilitator

    Purpose:

    Circle governance and operational practices aligned with the Constitution.

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating the Circle’s constitutionally-required meetings

    • Auditing the meetings and records of Sub-Circles as needed, and declaring a Process Breakdown upon discovering a pattern of behavior that conflicts with the rules of the Constitution

  • Finance

    Purpose:

    Protect and leverage financial assets

    Domains:

    • Financial Controls, Processes and Systems

    Accountabilities:

    • Tracking, reporting and accounting for all financial matters

    • Creating reports to make visible all Partner-related expenses (including unit allocations, Partner spends and travel-related expenditures)

    • Invoicing clients when triggered by relevant roles

    • Maintaining relationships and accounts with banks or other financial institutions as needed

    • Preparing and filing all necessary State and Federal tax and partnership-related forms

    • Notifying Association Operations Earnings Plan Advisor of any material changes in cash position that may impact the Organization's ability to meet Partner's Guaranteed Draw elections

  • Marketing

    Purpose:

    Build the "pull" to grow thought leadership and build revenue

    Domains:

    • Public Web Site

    Accountabilities:

    • Responding to undifferentiated inbound inquires

    • Redirecting inbound contacts to appropriate community channels or roles

    • Adding inbound inquiry contact details to CRM system

    • Communicating through all possible communication channels (e.g. social media, webinars, newsletter, blog, website) to inform the target markets about encode.org's thought leadership

    • Selecting and administrating an effective inbound CRM system

    • Collecting feedback and input from the communication channels and forwarding the information to relevant roles

    • Creating events and content that will draw new interest in encode.org

    • Evaluating, selecting and coordinating logistics for external speaking engagements

    • Supporting and helping website customers with issues and problems experienced purchasing online products

    • Developing, maintaining and deploying public website infrastructure, design and content

    • Creating and maintaining slide decks

  • PowerShift Community

    Purpose:

    Relationship with personal and organizational power shifted

    Domains:

    • PowerShift Community

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing, maintaining and scaling community platform to support PowerShift Community

    • Creating content, curriculum and programs that catalyze healthy purposeful relationships with personal and organizational power

    • Promoting the PowerShift Community

    • Role assignments within the Circle

    Accountabilities:

    • Assigning Partners to the Circle’s Roles; monitoring the fit; offering feedback to enhance fit; and re-assigning Roles to other Partners when useful for enhancing fit

    • Allocating the Circle’s resources across its various Projects and/or Roles

    • Establishing priorities and Strategies for the Circle

    • Defining metrics for the circle

    • Structuring the Governance of the Circle to enact its Purpose and Accountabilities

    • Removing constraints within the Circle to the Super-Circle enacting its Purpose and Accountabilities

  • PowerShift Community Promotion

    Purpose:

    Power shifters worldwide are engaged in the PowerShift Community

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing and implementing a promotion strategy for the PowerShift Community

    • Defining communication channels for promotion (e.g. Social Media, Website, Newsletter, Blog, Podcast, Video, etc.) and promoting the PowerShift Community in general and all its activities on all these channels

    • Triggering Writer when content development for promotion is needed

    • Collecting feedback and input from the communication channels and forwarding the information to relevant roles

    • Posting event activities in a common / shared event calendar
