    Support volunteer energizers contributing to organizational purpose and engaging with people context

    • Identifying possible volunteers to fill operational roles as energizers
    • Defining, updating, and coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes for energizers
    • Introducing new energizers to team members via email and, when possible, in person
    • Collaborating with Lead Links to understand operational opportunities that could be filled with energizers
