- Scheduling the Circle’s required meetings, and notifying all Core Circle Members of scheduled times and locations

To maintain and improve all aspects of the land and human built structures to create a safe, educational and inspiring environment for transformative learning.

Site Accessibility
Purpose:
To improve the physical accessibility of this place for participants of all abilitiesAccountabilities:
- Improving accessibility of our physical spaces for people with a variety of abilities and identities
- Improving the physical context for participants, including those with varying sensory, emotional, physical, and cognitive capacities
- Responding to participant and program leader questions regarding physical accessibility
Purpose:
Sensing, sourcing, and developing purpose-aligned programs

- Facilitating the Circle’s constitutionally-required meetings
- Auditing the meetings and records of Sub-Circles as needed, and declaring a Process Breakdown upon discovering a pattern of behavior that conflicts with the rules of the Constitution

- Assigning Partners to the Circle’s Roles; monitoring the fit; offering feedback to enhance fit; and re-assigning Roles to other Partners when useful for enhancing fit

Purpose:
Connecting human energy with operational opportunities

Energizer Recruitment, Onboarding, & Offboarding
Purpose:
Support volunteer energizers contributing to organizational purpose and engaging with people contextAccountabilities:
- Identifying possible volunteers to fill operational roles as energizers
- Defining, updating, and coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes for energizers
- Introducing new energizers to team members via email and, when possible, in person
- Collaborating with Lead Links to understand operational opportunities that could be filled with energizers

- Coordinating semi-annual Enterprise retreats, in collaboration with other relevant role holders and/or consultants
- Ensuring equity is a focus of at least one Enterprise retreat or learning gathering each year
- Inviting Enterprise members to learning gatherings and retreats
- Coordinating learning gatherings in collaboration with other relevant role holders and/or consultants

- Defining anti-racist and equity learning expectations and benchmarks for staff and board members
