- Curating and scheduling Westgarden Learning events
- Communicating with other relevant roles to ensure calendaring, marketing, registration building and monitoring, and financial close are completed for Westgarden Learning events
- Liaising with Westgarden Learning instructors
- Engaging Waldorf students in Westgarden learning
- Developing curriculum for classes with Waldorf students in the Westgarden
- Maintaining plant medicine and food cultivation for student experiences.
