    Purpose:

    Domains:

    • Customer Information stored in GlassFrog's database

    Accountabilities:

    • Triaging usage-limiting issues in GlassFrog and fielding tactical database updates as-needed

    • Assisting Marketing with understanding GlassFrog for sales & marketing purposes, including notifying Marketing upon significant product changes that would affect GlassFrog marketing

    • Defining high-level value propositions for GlassFrog, and developing, maintaining, and hosting GlassFrog to deliver on them

    • Conducting in-depth fit-for-role interviews with well-qualified technical candidates

    • Providing Holacracy Coaching Services with admin level access to client organizations

    • Supporting Holacracy Coaching Services coaches with using GlassFrog by answering usage questions and pulling occasional reports about client organization activities

    • Developing and maintaining internal software tools to support HolacracyOne's use of and experimentation with key apps for running a self-organizing enterprise (e.g. software to support HolacracyOne's Badge-Based Compensation app, Attention Point app, etc.)

    • Publishing updates about time-sensitive and usage-limiting issues for consumption by the GlassFrog user community

    • Tracking and publishing major upcoming changes and major known issues in a place accessible to licensees

    • Producing introductory systems and materials for GlassFrog user onboarding

    • Aligning onboarding content with marketing strategy as defined by Marketing

    • Minimizing user-impact at trainings due to UI updates and bugs

  • Holacracy Ecosystem

    Purpose:

    An active and growing Holacracy Ecosystem of highly skilled coaches, Providers, and partners

    Domains:

    • Accreditation of events for coach continuing education credit

    • Assessments for Holacracy certifications

    Accountabilities:

    • Aligning all Licensees with Brand Identity standards for the usage and messaging of the HolacracyOne and Holacracy brands

    • Monitoring Licensee activity for compliance with the terms of the Licensing Agreement (including payment and reporting requirements), defining processes and standards for addressing discrepancies, and addressing any discrepancies, including terminating agreements

    • Implementing, supporting, and administering the certification and licensing programs defined by Licensing Strategy & Credential-EO, including defining and enacting all processes needed to express that vision

    • Publishing and updating a description of each Holacracy Provider organization, including the company description and logo

    • Qualifying prospective licensees against program standards defined by Licensing Strategy and brand strategic guidance & standards defined by Brand Identity, and guiding qualified prospects through their evaluation of the licensing program and contracting process to sign-up

    • Executing standard licensing contracts and contract addenda provided by Licensing Strategy whenever appropriate to bring qualified prospects into the licensing program or update terms with current licensees

    • Communicating with prospective licensees to answer requests for in-depth information that's outside the scope of what HolacracyOne Ambassador can answer with readily available information

    • Designing, evolving, and implementing Holacracy certification assessments and related processes, and integrating tensions expressed by Credential-EO around each assessment

    • Filing and maintaining trademark registrations in appropriate jurisdictions, monitoring usage of those trademarks, and resolving any infringements discovered

    • Tracking and sending specific content update requests to Marketing when Holacracy Ecosystem's governance changes, operational activities, or other decisions create outdated or inaccurate content on public facing assets held by Marketing.

    • Maintaining up-to-date information on the HolacracyOne website about Certified Holacracy Coach certification, expiration dates, and continuing education requirements/opportunities including qualifying activities, cost expectations and required documentation.

    • Enacting all duties required of HolacracyOne in licensing contracts defined by Licensing Strategy

    • Tracking who has each credential and license, monitoring whether requirements to maintain them are met, and expiring credentials and licensing contracts when appropriate

    • Maintaining a list of approved local translations of the word "Holacracy" and considering requests for approval of new translations in light of trademark risks as assessed by Legal Liaison

    • Reviewing and approving licensed provider habit support programs

  • Aficionado

    Purpose:

    Perspectives on Holacracy shared with the world

    Accountabilities:

    • Giving interviews with Storyteller, contracted writers, and academic researchers

    • Reviewing and editing ghost-written blog posts to ensure they accurately reflect Aficionado's voice

    • Attending virtual and in-person speaking engagements at the request of Public Relations Strategy and Marketing

    Accountabilities:

    • Sharing and clarifying the broader context of GlassFrog usage and demand with the team

    • Publishing and prioritizing a high level roadmap of upcoming GlassFrog functionality

    • Providing feedback on features, design concepts, epic story breakdowns, and release targets

    • Defining target platforms intended to be supported by GlassFrog

    • Defining high-level value propositions for GlassFrog

  • Coaching Methods

    Purpose:

    Friendly, consistent, standard methods to make Holacracy adoptions stick

    Domains:

    • Standard proposals and contracts for Holacracy Discovery Sessions and coaching services

    Accountabilities:

    • Designing the organization's coaching and adoption support offerings, along with standardized methods, plans, and strategies for delivering on them with minimal heroics

    • Extracting and standardizing useful workshop templates from one-off versions custom-created for a specific client by Holacracy Coach or Engagement Lead

    • Designing standard method and agenda for Discovery Sessions to achieve business objectives defined by Coaching Business Manager

    • Defining and evolving metrics for measuring the success of Holacracy coaching engagements

    • Drafting and publishing standard proposals and contracts for circle offerings, and soliciting feedback from Holacracy Advisor to inform their evolution

    • Maintaining an updated Post-Adoption Report template for Engagement Lead to complete after each adoption

  • Engagement Lead

    Purpose:

    Holacracy coaching engagements set up for success

    Accountabilities:

    • Reporting all client billable activity in a timely manner and monitoring client budget consumption rate

    • Sharing the intended roll out activities with relevant roles and delivery resources prior to an engagement launch

    • Onboarding and debriefing new Holacracy Coach's working with the client

    • Contracting with clients on an ongoing basis to realign expectations and adjust agreements as engagement needs evolve

    • Coaching and supporting key leaders and internal coaches with Holacracy coaching and adoption planning

    • Notifying Engagement Project Manager when a contract for an existing client has changed

    • Facilitating key circles to support the organization's Holacracy progress

    • Facilitating communication between Marketing and key client contacts, upon request of Marketing and when appropriate given the client context

    • Writing and internally publishing a Post-Adoption Report after each adoption using a template provided by Coaching Methods

    • Investigating abandoned/failed adoptions and harvesting learning to improve understanding, messaging, and adoption methodology

  • Holacracy Coach

    Purpose:

    Client practitioners that understand and can apply Holacracy

    Accountabilities:

    • Facilitating virtual and in-person governance and tactical meetings assigned by Engagement Lead or scheduled by Engagement Operations

    • Reporting all client billable activity in a timely manner

    • Maintaining basic competencies in Holacracy Coaching Services 's virtual meetings support tools

    • Coaching client circle members on Holacracy rules and effective practice as-needed during governance and tactical meetings, or when triggered by a process defined by Holacracy Coaching Services

    • Raising objections and helping clients integrate them whenever clients propose clearly invalid governance, or, when that is not advisable, providing follow up coaching to clients along with suggested improvements post-meeting, and sharing that coaching with other relevant coaches

    • Recording client meetings as requested by Engagement Operations

    • Soliciting regular coaching from another Holacracy Coach or Master Coach throughout the duration of an active engagement

    • Summarizing key developments about client services for Engagement Lead after each deliverable, or upon request

    • Delivering presentations, coaching services, and workshops following the triggers and other implementation methods defined by Coaching Methods

    • Reviewing survey results after delivering services and processing for improvement opportunities

    • Including references to relevant habits from the Habit Support Program wherever possible and appropriate when facilitating meetings and delivering workshops and other coaching services.

    • Defining a minimum viable initial structure with clients prior to the delivery of relevant services, on request from Discovery Lead or Engagement Lead

    Domains:

    • Role assignments for the Circle's Roles

    Accountabilities:

    • Defining Roles and/or Policies via the Circle's Governance Process to enact its Purpose and Accountabilities

    • Assigning Partners to the Circle’s Roles, monitoring the fit, and re-assigning Roles to other Partners to optimize fit

    • Judging the relative value of Circle efforts on request to resolve priority conflicts across Roles

    Purpose:

    Accountabilities:

    • Qualifiying prospective licensees against target licensee profiles, program standards defined by Licensing Strategy, and brand representation evaluation by Marketing

    • Defining target profile(s) of licensees with the capacities and other factors needed to bring Holacracy to clients

    • Executing standard licensing contracts and contract addendums whenever appropriate to bring qualified coaches into the licensing program or to update terms with current licensees as soon as possible when a new agreement is released

    • Guiding qualified prospective licensees through their evaluation of the licensing program and contracting process to sign-up
      o Triggered Action (upon agreement signature): Inform Licensing Support of new licensee

    • Sharing the value proposition of the licensing program with current and prospective licensees

    • Communicating licensing program changes to existing licensees, and supporting their transition

    Accountabilities:

    • Developing and evolving surveys or monitoring tools (like calls or write ups) to measure the effectiveness of Holacracy adoptions in alignment with licensing program quality standards

    • Defining standard templates and other activities for sharing case studies amongst licensees for adoption quality transparency and learning

    Purpose:

    The right partners brought into H1, with the right compensation and agreements

    Accountabilities:

    • Shepherding candidates through and orienting them to the courtship process, organizational agreements, and compensation system

    • Assessing fit between the talents, skills, and goals of partner candidates and the needs of the organization

    • Setting up conversations with relevant Partners to help assess fit

    • Planning and structuring in-person visits for appropriate Partner candidates; publishing intended activities prior to such visits; and booking time with relevant partners, including at least one Partnership Steward to further explain and answer candidate questions about HolacracyOne's purpose and partnership structure

    • Assessing appropriate terms and compensation level for a partnership grant offer for candidates believed to be a good fit, seeking approval for that offer per relevant policies, and extending approved offers to Partner candidates

    • Tracking agreements made in the Relationship Contract with incoming Partners in the registry published by Partner Agreement Steward

    • Announcing incoming new Partners upon signing a partnership agreement, including target start date and other relevant details of the new relationship

    • Tracking significant client opportunities and publishing an opportunity pipeline

    • Contracting with current and potential clients to convert opportunities into clear engagements with clear expectations

    • Soliciting client permission to make public their story of adopting Holacracy and publishing client's current permission status

    • Connecting Engagement Operations to the client's designated logistics coordinator during handoff

    • Requesting Holacracy Coaching Services appoint a representative to assist in defining each non-standard deal, involving that representative in the contracting process, and verifying they're comfortable with the engagement before closing the deal
